Champneys Tring

Fantastic Spa Day at Champneys Tring with our Friends. From the moment we arrived we were treated really well. The facilities were great, from a quick swim in the pool, to the heated pool, hot tubs both inside and out and the Sauna. A really relaxing day.
A Special Thanks to Rod, Arlyn and Agnes who looked after us so well.

Had a fantastic stay at Champneys Tring. This is my second time staying at the resort and it most definitely did not disappoint. There has been a 110% improvement in breakfast since my last stay, the new omelette station is a delicious new addition to the wide breakfast range already included. Service at reception was immaculate as well. Rod, the guy who checked us in was great. Will definitely be staying again.

A great overnight spa break. Marked down on service as the check-in staff didn't provide map or treatments price list and were unaware that we had lunches included. Spa ran out of towels a couple of times and changing rooms could have been a bit cleaner. Food was amazing though, as were our treatments. It's local to us and we would likely return at some point.

I have been visiting Champneys Tring with friends for 15 years and we love it! It’s our escape from reality to relax and catch up in wonderful surroundings. The service and the food are fabulous, the rooms are clean and comfortable although some are looking rather tired as are some of the public areas, the toilets and showers in particular. We will be back soon!

Loved our day return to Champneys. Very relaxing and brilliant lunch. We both loved our treatments. The only comment I would make is that there was too much talking by people in the water bed area where it was a place to relax and maybe sleep.

I've been there twice now since the beginning of 2024, I've paid £59 for the spa evening on a Friday & think it's really good value. Access to the spa between 4-9 but really it'll be between 4-7 by the time you get changed for dinner. But included in that, you get a 3 course meal too. The gentleman playing the piano while you eat really does create a lovely atmosphere.

Amazing overnight stay with great sauna friendly staff and very very good food that was served by a lovely young lady Elisabeth also her husband Alan was the Chef, she made sure my glass is never empty and recommended the tastiest dinner! I will definitely be back !

The whole experience was a delight. The waitress Elisabeta was absolutely lovely. Really took the time to interact with us, not simply do a job and take our food order. The food arrived promptly, was beautifully served, made by her fiancee Alin and tasted delicious. We will definitely come back. Our server Elisabeth was marvelous, very cheery and smiley, Our food was perfectly made by Alin and the desserts were amazing!

My go to local spa day retreat. I'm lucky to live close by and able to book a last minute spa day treat. The water facilities are my favourite. The treatments are top notch. Delicious healthy food. Everyone there is so helpful and polite.

I came with my daughter for her birthday and we had a lovely 2 night stay. Staff were welcoming. Lots of fitness classes to offer, food was great and in particular our shiatsu massage done by Rosie M was the best massage that I have ever had. Thank you for our 5 star stay.

We love a mini midweek escape the Champneys. Food is nice, lovely amenities and great room and beautiful views especially summer time. The place is pretty worn out though and could do with a definite update. Lots of rusty, limescale covered and dusty places around the spa/ restaurant etc.

Great experience across the resort, been here a few times but can really see the improvements especially the bar offering in the evenings and the treatments! I would recommend the head In the clouds treatment! Unbelievable. Chante was brilliant.

I was greeted by Elisabeta that made sure i get a paper explaining each dish to acomodate my Celiac Allergy also the lovely chef cooked in front of me a great omelette that was definitely the best start of the day i paid extra for lunch and my food was made by Alan in the kitchen!

Lovely spa day spent with family catching up! Had the best massage with Katrina too! She was fabulous and was able to pinpoint the knots and stresses in my body.

Stayed in such a beautiful room here, with the prettiest autumnal view. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay; the pools were lovely and the food fast and delicious - special thanks to our waitress Olivia - and the overall stay very enjoyable.

We had a lovely bank holiday weekend at Champneys Tring! Treatment, dinner/breakfast and staff were great! special thanks to Rod at reception who went the extra mile for us! 😊👌

My daughter and I came for the day, really enjoyed it! Staff were lovely and welcoming. The quiet, dark, chill out rooms with the water beds were great, put headphones in and listened to a guided meditation, perfect. We had a head in the clouds massage each which was so relaxing and the lady who did that really put us at ease after a stressful start as we were late due to sat nav taking us to some strange road around the back of champneys! She also showed us to the complimentary welcome snacks which we didn't know were included. We had a great day. Lunch and welcome food were OK, much preferred the old days when champneys had a lovely, plentiful buffet to choose from but I haven't deducted a point as the general experience was a really good one.

Had a great stay here this weekend. Thanks to Jessica and Agnes on reception who made our stay very special. Would definitely recommend and will be back!
