Honey Bee

I take my father in law out every Friday for scampi and chips, has dementia and he always feels welcome and happy.
The staff are pleasant and friendly.
My father in law thinks of the Honey Bee as his local.
He always enjoys the food, the chips are the best as far as he is concerned.
Coming here every week gives him something to look forward to and he is comfortable with the environment.
There is a good disabled toilet which is important as he has to use a walker.
The service is efficient and professional.
We used ti try different venues but found that this is where he is happiest therefore I am happy

The atmosphere at the Honey Bee is always one of my favourites to be in. The staff are always welcoming, have great chats with them and are efficient! I love coming here for the food! It never disappoints! Having a couple of drinks with friends has been lovely too, the easy order system makes hanging out with friends very care free! When we order on the app, in 5min we have our drinks at our table. I thoroughly enjoy visiting the Honey Bee as it’s always a positive and enjoyable experience!

So it’s turns out we hosted the first Baby Shower at the HoneyBee & it could NOT of gone any better.

Firstly, can I say Addison is a HUGE credit to the restaurant, with her warm welcoming nature, I felt like I’d known her for years. She went above & beyond to cater for us, replied to my never ending emails & questions, ensured to be in early to let us in to decorate, helped us with extra resources we needed, provided hot drinks whilst we set up & just did a 10/10 job professionally, personally & just amazing all round!

We catered for 35-40 people & a hot and cold selection buffet from the HoneyBee kitchen, they delivered the food out of time & brought out extra food to ensure we had enough for all, perfectly accommodated & everyone was left full.

We were super happy with the service, again I cannot thank Addison enough for all she did & would 100% recommend to have an event here.

How amazing is this place! We booked for a birthday meal. And nothing was too much effort. Pleasant staff, very helpful and polite and not to forget the food. Considering it was an order for 14 people it came out very quickly and everyone enjoyed their meal. Thank you so much to the staff for all your hard work. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and will be coming back very soon xx

This is only the third time we have eaten at the Honey Bee since moving here in late 2023 but the food has been consistently excellent (the chips are divine!!) and the service is friendly and efficient - we like the online ordering but the staff always make a point of saying hi and having a quick chat which is appreciated. We are so happy to have this as our local pub and will definitely be making more frequent visits.

We had a really nice meal at the Honey Bee in Aylesbury. This was the first time I have visited and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The food was very nice indeed. I had the breaded mushrooms and the gammon with cheesy chips. Both were very well cooked and very tasty. My friends both had the crispy chicken supreme and they really liked it as well. I will definitely go back as soon as I can. 👍👍👍

We took the children for a meal, had great service, tables were already paid with cutlery and napkins and we really enjoyed our meal. It's so great it's got a play area for children and a friendly atmosphere. Emma our server looked after us well, we could also order from our table too. Easy free parking, fair pricing for food and drink, warm and cosy. Great menus with loads of choice and two sizes for children meals under 5s and over 5s which I really like.

We Visited the Honey Bee for drinks, the food on the adjacent table look amazing so we decided to eat too. Being a meat eater I decided to have the ultimate veggie burger with extra Bacon. WOW it was amazing it was cooked by Junior, my wife had a pizza and nachos, the chef cooked the pizza slightly long than normal to give her the crispy base she wanted. Excellent customer service from Kayliegh, she is very professional and attentive, she remembered us from a previous visits and came to check all was well with the food. It makes a change to find great food and atmosphere with happy staff that enjoy there job and have pride serving you.

I had to make an addition to the review, after enjoying the main course so much and deliberating I decided to order a truffle cheese cake. It was pretty amazing, brought back childhood memories of truffle combined with the additional creaminess of cheese cake. Another highly recommended dish

Such a lovely place to visit. Lively, bubbly and happy. The food was exceptional, the staff were lovely and the atmosphere was fantastic. I've been here a few times and have to say the drag night was the best. Any day is good to come, but the events just feel so soulful and fun. It was safe and fun, and I can't wait to come back for more 😄 The manager has done such a good job setting all of this up!

A lovely family lunch for our grandsons 18th. Staff couldn't do enough for us. Good ,hot , tasty food.

We booked a table for 11 on Mother's Day at the Honey Bee. The pub and restaurant got very busy but the front of house staff were great throughout. We had pre ordered a couple of days before for our 3 courses, and each course was delivered perfectly, and piping hot. We even added to our pre order when we arrived and that was all dealt with professionally by staff and chef's. Couldn't fault anything it made it a great experience and a wonderful day. A small error when taking our food order was quickly corrected with fabulous customer service. Emma (supervisor) was absolutely brilliant and the manager was lovely and friendly. Haven’t been here for years but will definitely be back and will definitely recommend.

I been to the Honey Bee a lot of times. When we went on Wednesday 20.12.23 we had a Great afternoon. The staff were lovely. They were polite and friendly. We didn't have long for the food was excellent. We all had a great time. We will definitely be going back. There was about 15 of us and we all enjoyed everything from the service to the food. We'll done. Just keep doing what your doing. Many thanks.

We come every Tuesday for the Quiz night. We really enjoy the evening. The staff are so friendly and reserve a table every week. The service is great.

Honestly, I was put off before as things hadn’t been good. We hadn’t visited for a while, but I can’t say how much things have improved. Well done and thank you.

We had a party of 10 people. Your staff were exceptional. We all had different things to eat and not 1 error was made!!

Initially we went to the Honey Bee as we were let down by another establishment. We are glad this happened though because the quality of the food by far exceeded the quality of food we used to get at the establishment we used to use (Charter) also the prices are much more reasonable at the Honey Bee. Most places now are extortionately expensive and prices have doubled. For this reason we had cut down on eating out. However now we have found the Honey Bee we will again be regularly eating out. Also the lady serving at the Honey Bee was extremely helpful and friendly, which also is rare these days.

Good food and really nice setting. Plenty of parking and convenient location. BBQ cauliflower is a nice starter. The kids' corner is quite spacious and the pool table is located at the other end of the establishment. Nice for a family lunch 👍

Enjoying a fabulous Drag Pride party at the Honey Bee this evening. Great food, great service, great atmosphere and great acts. Big shout out to all the staff and everyone making this evening great! Slayed it!

Friendly staff, great food, clean premise and lovely atmosphere. We went as a young family and felt like the staff cared. The Honeybee is much improved on what it was, keep up the good work.
