Had 2 nights here over the new year, absolute pleasure to stay here and cannot recommend enough. Lovely hosts, along with their dogs, brilliant location and the best service.

10/10 would return, I’d give the place 6 stars if I could

11 out of 10. There was nothing more that Pam and Alan could have done for us.
Set in the idyllic border town of Innerleithen with lots to do or a short hop to Edinburgh and all points North.
Spotlessly clean, incredible hospitality and sumptuous breakfasts.
Best BnB ever, and I have travelled widely.

Only downside was no ensuite. Pam and Alan are amazing hosts catering extremely well for the biking community. Full breakfast was nothing short of exceptional, nothing was too much trouble , was recommended by our biking mates who stop here and I would wholeheartedly recommend this place , great location too. Easy ride to golfie glentress and innerleithan.

St. Ronan ' s hotel, Innerleithen is a favourite for a summer weekend or Hogmonay stay. Good beer, bar, and excellent comfortable clean rooms at a sensible price! Biggest breakfast, worth every penny! Been going on and off for 25 years.... Handy for Edinburgh, regional Rugby, festivals, Peebles, Tweed valley and hills for walking.

Im just back from a long weekend riding in Inners and Pam and Allan made me feel more like a family friend than house guest . Fantastic room and dont even get me started on the breakfast .. Strawberries warm honey and then a full hot breaky , I was better fed than at home.
In all seriousness a very warm friendly experience and two brilliant nights sleep. Needless to say I will be back very very soon. Thanks guys and dogos ;)

Absolutely brilliant. My wife and I stayed here in July 2016 cycling en route from Land's End to John O'Groats, together with our friend, Iain, who was driving our car as back-up. Pam and Alan were superb hosts, extremely welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Pam looked after Iain when he arrived just ahead of us, jumping in the passenger seat to help him find a parking space, as (unwittingly) we arrived on the last day of the St. Ronan's Border Games - Innerleithen's Festival and everywhere was really busy. When we arrived, Pam and Alan stored our bikes and offered to do a wash-load which was a real god-send. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We only stayed one night, but wish we had been able to stay longer. The breakfast was fantastic including masses of fresh fruit. This was by far the best B&B of our 12-day trip and Pam, in particular, was the best host.

The price/ quality of this guesthouse is absolutely top. The warm welcome from the host, a nice breakfast in the living room as well as comfortable accommodation.. All of these things made it a very good choose and added up to the experience of the southern upland way that I was traveling! Thanks a lot for this!! Stefan

Pam and Alan were great hosts, nothing was a problem, the rooms were perfect, the breakfasts amazing and the welcome so warm we left feeling like old friends.
