Fabulous. We had a great weekend at the music festival. Great staff, great atmosphere. Wonderful beer garden

Very friendly staff. Room perfect for 3 biking lads, hot shower, beds pretty comfy and the bar/beer really good. Right in town centre, everything’s close that you might need. Brilliant for biking in Innerleithen and Glentress.

This family run spot went above and beyond what we could have ever expected with their impeccable service and care to our needs. Yes, there is not currently a restaurant per say, but the price of your room includes a free breakfast of exceptional quality and cooked to order just how you like it. If you are hungry later in the day, the owners' extended family owns the pub two doors down with amazing food and drink deals. The rooms have been renovated to be as comfortable and lovely as possible, and if you are a who has a hard time walking through the friendly, local and canine filled bar to get to your room you can enter from a seperate door on the street. Beer garden was quite lovely and spacious to spend time in, and we were regrettful to leave this lovely place. Hope to return soon!

GOOD CRAIC. This is what I call a 'proper boozer'; a place you go to drink beer and talk to your friends (and others). The bar man was a great laugh, he was very attentive and had a good memory when it came to ordering drinks.

Decently priced and a reasonable choice of drinks. I will be back.

We were heading on holiday when we decided to make a last minute booking. We wanted to stay in Peebles initially but everything was sold out so we tried further out and found St Ronans.
The hotel was easy to find and we were directed to the parking once my partner went inside. Our hotel room had recently been done up and we were surprised at how luxurious it felt for the price. The bed was beautiful and very comfy.
There is no restaraunt at the hotel however you are welcome to get take away and take it back to the hotel so we picked up a Chinese takeaway just 1 minutes walk from the hotel and brought it back. The hotel provided plates and cutlery.
We had a good nights sleep apart from a slight bit of late night noise from the locals but that is to be expected. The owners were very organized with breakfast and it was very quick and tasty. My son got a high chair to use and we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. We would stay there again.

Stayed at room 4 over Sunday 10th and Monday 11th June, 2018 with my wife. It was one of the most relaxing B&Bs that I have been to. Nothing was too much bother for the staff and the room was excellent having been recently re-furbished. The pub and the garden patio helped to create a nice setting. The breakfast was excellent and lots of it. Definitely recommend this B&B to others.

This hotel was everything we were looking for and more. The room was lovely, the breakfast was fantastic, the employees were helpful and the beer garden was worth a sit with a pint.
All in all, top notch experience. We stayed two nights and could have stayed many more! Thanks!

Friendly family ran Hotel. Very nice accomodation fantastic breakfast . Bar and Pool Room too. There is a welcoming feeling as you walk through the door. Standard tea and coffee making facilities in all rooms with a TV too. Near to Peebles and Galashiels with a short walk to the leithen.

Lovely friendly bar with good real ale

Even though we were a bit late for checking in, we called and wasnt a problem. Very sweet and friendly lady! Everything was very clean and would recommend staying here!

My room was large and well furnished. Bathroom had a great shower. The hospitality was excellent and the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming.

Love this pub! Great staff, beautiful inside, very cosy and always some great guest beers on tap. Definitely worth a visit.

Excellent very friendly staff really good pint and anyone who is going to the football if you ask will let you out the back gate of the beer garden and you are straight into the ground would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone

Where you will meet local people and not just an annonomous hotel. Real Ales and some live music nights. The oldest High Street pub in town.

Huge beer garden round the back and well kept beers. Not what I expected but a great little pub.
