What a fantastic little store. Staff are friendly & willing to go above and beyond to help and advise. Especially happy today as I managed to pick up a new Steel Edition copy of RE4 for less than the digital version

Amazing service ! I visited the Newcastle-Under-Lyme store and received such amazing service. I was looking for additional storage for my sons Xbox and didn’t have a clue what I needed. I was talked through all options and the differences between them and decided on the product that I needed. The young man on the desk was so helpful and I will 100% be visiting this store again ! Thank you !

This particular branch of game goes above and beyond with their customer service. Very knowledgeable staff and a great store manager who can't do enough for you. Great selection of games for all platforms and an awesome place to trade in your unwanted consoles, phones and tablets etc. Highly recommended and in a great location in town with local parking nearby in the Vue cinema.

You know how some staff make you feel like a d1@k for not having the faintest idea what you are asking for? These guys don't. Only been in a few times cause I'm too old according to my son but I have received great advice when purchasing, they didn't even persuade me to go for more expensive, just better quality.

Didn't buy anything but the guy who was serving and asked if i wanted help was cute

The best game store Stoke on Trent has the staff are super helpful, you can't go wrong. Yes it's a store and you pay a little extra but you get the best knowledge and service.

The staff are very knowledgeable about their products, they are always on hand and happy to help with any queries you may have. The shop is clean and well kept and the stock is always good

The guys in there are legends especially the guy with long hair and glasses. Gonna have a happy kid for Christmas which will probably disappear into his bedroom and won't be seen again till hungry.

Best place for games and the staff know there stuff. Don't go on a popular game release day as you'll be waiting for years to get served (cough cough GTA V release at 4:20PM.)

When it was game station, the prices were a lot better.
And more things happened game nights , special offer s . Now it's game I use Cex.
