From start to finish we had nothing but professional advice. Our job was a particularly difficult one whereas we had subsidence in the garden which was caused by a poorly filled anderson bunker but no idea where it actually was! But james and joel carefully excavated the garden and found the problematic bunker took some outside advice and filled it properly and very quickly put our garden back together perfectly. James is very knowledgeable therefore setting our minds at rest throughout.

James carried out the excavation, building and all aspects or our garden makeover. Always asked my opinion when needed and also gave good advice when required. Most of the work was carried out though the winter and the weather was not always on his side so the job took longer than anticipated. the important bit for me was competing the job to a good standard and that’s what he archived. James is very methodical in his work which I liked and always took the time to tidy up before leaving the site. I’d definitely recommend and use again.

James came to inspect a hole in my lawn which turned out to be a dis-used well. He dug it out and refilled with gravel and made good the area once the lawn has re - grown you wouldn't know of the well's existence. A job done efficiently and quickly to make the area safe.

When we decided to have our drive block paved we just didn't know where to start looking. Elite Driveways & Excavations came up on a search of Trusted Traders on the North Norfolk Council website. We are so pleased that we found James. He works with outstanding diligence and stamina - I've never seen a chap work so hard. It was far from an easy job. James came up with excellent resolutions to the issues he encountered. We were never in any doubt that the resulting drive was going to be quite simply stunning. And it is, and it is the the envy of our neighbours!

James of E. D. E. Has just finished a road repair in our private drive, which is Asphalt. We had two large pot holes, and the area between the two holes had broken up. We originally met James when he laid the oil tank base for our central heating installer, he did an excellent job despite the awful weather.
Since then he has laid the base for a greenhouse and we have booked him for two more jobs.

We engaged J H Property Services to improve our drive by creating a low maintenance and harder surface for our vehicles. We booked this to be done some 3 months in advance as this suited us better and, after answering our endless questions, we paid a deposit to secure them to do the work. From the outset, communication was first class and we felt confident in their professionalism and ability to do a good job. The project took 3 days, just as planned, and we're delighted with the result. We can't fault them for their reliability and work ethic and they made sure we were happy before completing the job and issuing the final balance invoice. Absolutely brilliant work by James. 3 concrete bases laid,cable trenches dug and filled. You wouldnt know he had been. Reinstated perfectly.

Doesn't stick to what he tells you promised a email quote within 5days of coming around to look at the job.
After about 3 text message he final replied.
Due to the high number of calls received we will not be quoting for my project . No calls around 3 text messages.
I've now received an email requesting me to remove the negative feedback.
Apparently I was caught up with another customer whom was ringing 5/10 times a day so I didn't get a quote because of three text messages.
Well future customers don't chase of quotes just wait for when it's convenient to him.
Don't feed customer's with broken promises.
Dreadful customer service shame as the photo of projects look good. Be Warned communication is very poor.
Now your calling me a liar with regards to offering an email quote with 5 days these were your words.
