This garage has never ever let me down. All staff are always friendly, knowledgeable & honest. We have had our cars serviced & MOT'd here for a few years now and have never encountered a problem.
Asad always goes over & above to ensure our cars are safe and reliable. In fact they have picked up on things that haven't been carried out by main dealers when they said they had completed them. Always fitted us in at short notice & always a fair price. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We have been using Jack Bygraves Garage for many years, always honest, reliable, and they will try and keep the costs as low as possible. There was time I hardly had any fuel in my car due to a diesel shortage at the time, without any hesitation, they put some in for me, lent me a car, and didn’t expect anything in return. They’re extremely knowledgeable and will fix issues that we didn’t even know about. All my family use this garage and have recommended to friends. I cannot fault this garage and would give them more stars if I could! Many thanks for the years of service!

Always find the service team really helpful. Overheated radiator yesterday, all booked in and sorted today. They are always fair on price, definitely a company I can rely on.

Have been using the garage since late 2019, they're always helpful and identify the problem and fix it with priority. Never had a single issue and they also refer some other great services that you may need for your car

These guys are amazing. I bought my current car when the previous owners were there and the new owners have taken care of it since they have been there. I had a problem with my fan and the owner spent a lot of time trying to find the part as there was a manufacturing issue with ti's part. Once we managed to get the correct part, I wasn't charged for his time or labour. Top bloke 👍

Fantastic service from the moment we entered the showroom.
Mary approached us straight away and was more than helpful, nothing was too much trouble, she was both friendly and professional.
We had been to other places looking at a Citroen Ds3 and this was by far the most professional and helpful place we had found. The car had a few scratches which they said they could remove for us, and offered to service it also. As we had driven quite far we opted to have it delivered which was at a very reasonable cost. The car was delivered when promised and myself and my husband were extremely amazed at how well the scratches has been taken care off. The guy who delivered was very informative and helpful also. I would definitely recommend and use JackBygraves again without hesitation. Well done Mary and the team there you have been outstanding!!

Have bought several cars over the past 20 years or so and been more than satisfied with after sales service and customer care. This was proved yesterday. I recently broke my leg and car hadn't moved for over 2 months., hence flat battery etc. After a phone-call " boss" John arrived the same day and got car fired up again. Much appreciated.

Had a very worrying day, After driving to work i noticed an ABS light on my car, on my way to work i always drive past this garage and was meaning to try it out so i dropped it off here to have it checked, i was reassured that im in good hands and the car will be diagnosed by lunchtime and if a non major repair i would have the car back the same day! Got a phone call when i got into work and they told me exactly the sensor i needed and offered me a very very good price, got car back on the same day and im now worry free, ive been previously ripped off from other garages so im very worried when lights come on my dash but i was in good hands with Jack Bygraves, Ive now booked myself in here for my MOT next month. Highly recommended
