Heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Brachten meteen een oplossing aan voor een administratief probleem en zorgden daardoor dat onze vakantie niet in het water viel! 1000x dank - de man met tandpijn :-).

I will never enter this pharmacy again. I visited to get medicine and covid tests, having tested positive 5 days prior, I wore a mask and asked for assistance. I'm not sure who the pharmasist was, but I was, begrudgingly, assisted by a tall gentleman. I showed a box of medicine that I had been taking and was told they did not have this liquid med. He stated that they had a pill form and it was the same. I already had the pill form at home and told him that the liquid was stronger with double the guaifenesin. He proceeded to show me a box of liquid medicine with "the most" guaifenesin, so I purchased it. I arrived home to find that the med I purchased had no more than the pills. He obviously did not have any idea what meds they had or what the ingredients were. I felt like he was very unhappy that I was there and very condescending. Being sick and treated with disdain does not make one feel any better. I expected to be assisted, not made to feel even worse than I already do! I will drive to Sterling for any pharmacy needs before I ever step foot through this door again! First poor experience in Scotland in 6 months.
