Oblo

Enjoyed a delicious gluten and dairy free spicy chicken burger. Muggle husband enjoyed his mushroom soup with a ham, cheese and onion toastie. Very helpful staff trained in allergens. Highly recommend.

We always pop into Oblo when we are passing through Eyemouth. Lovely Italian dinner and drink options ( mocktails for drivers). The shop also has lots of gourmet present options for this time of year.
The coffee is really nice but the cup handle design is a little diabolical!

I never leave reviews… with that being said one of the best restaurants and experiences we’ve had so far on our week trip here in Scotland visiting from the US. The best coffee I’ve ever had! A beautiful restaurant inside and out and food was great as well as staff ❤ They have a lift and is handicap accessible for my grandfather. If we ever make it back we will visit again !

No matter when I go it’s always so fresh and tasty and wonderfully presented.

I absolutely recommend the Pizza Mama Oblo (haggis and black pudding), which is probably my favourite thing from the restaurant. It’s cooked in a stone baked oven for that authentic base.
Any seafood dish is also amazing as they get their fish fresh from a local source, being next to the harbour, so it’s as fresh as you can get it.
My recommendation would be the seafood pasta which has a variety of chef’s choice of seafood on the day. I had bream, with the skin cooked perfectly, crayfish tails and giant prawns.

They also have a nice selection of cocktails and mocktails!

Lovely food and waiting staff. Really friendly and warm service, the atmosphere is great and the place is clearly loved by the locals. Look at the generous portions! That's after eating a bit and remembering to take a photo!! Can't wait to go again and get stuffed!!

Stopped by for lunch, the food was so good we came back for dinner, Lunch (Oblo Club Sandwich , Cray Fish Ciabatta Sandwich, Vanilla and Spice Gingerbread Latte's), Dinner (Smoked Haddock with Potatoes and Peas, Shin of Beef with Pastry and Thick Cut Chips, followed by Caramel Flapjack and Yoghurt Topped Flapjack), we literally needed a wheel barrow to cart us out!, the service was top notch too!, 10 out of 10😀👍

Had a lovely meal here for my 70th birthday. Staff friendly and smiling. Lovely atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

I had the Oblo club Sandwich here, it was excellent! A lot more than I was expecting from the menu, it's like a supercharged BLT. My girlfriend also had the smoked haddock fishcake which was really tasty. Really great value for money too!

Really nice vibes here and great service, we were served by Jordan who was really friendly and welcoming.

A little gem tucked away near the harbour in Eyemouth.

Stopped for breakfast before heading off to camp, git the large Scottish Boarders breakfast- huge portion and filled me until tea time! Just what we needed - beautifully cooked too!

Great food, great staff and great restaurant!

Despite being told the restaurant was fully booked we were able to sit upstairs in the bar area where seats are not reserved. This led to us sitting on a roofed balcony area with a nice view of the harbour.

We were able to order food quickly from a great selection and the helpful staff answered any questions we had about the food. Since we were sitting near to the bar drinks service was great with waiters regularly checking in the table.

The service was quick and our starters arrived after only around 10 minutes if ordering. They were Great! The bruscheta was delicious and were the prawns apparently! Also the "Quattro formaggi" was excellent, a cheesy dip with toasted bread.

Soon we were given our mains which were equally fantastic. Also the large portions weren't a problem as they offered a box to take the food home. We didn't have dessert as we were too full!

Overall this is a fantastic restaurant and it reigns supreme over it's near by competitors. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

I had a really great meal, I have allergies and intolerance. I always worry a bit about what I am going to be able to eat. They put my mind at rest, made a note of what causes a problem, spoke to chef and with a few tweaks I had a lovely meal.

A lovely place for food or drinks with friends. Lots of safety features, I felt very secure from a Covid point of view. Staff are lovely, polite, attentive and helpful. Great views from outside in this picturesque harbour-side location.

Loved the meal we had here. Good to find something imaginative for vegetarians in a town which, understandably, focuses on seafood. Really helpful and pleasant staff. Thank you.

Fantastic meal. Fresh, excellent flavours and brilliant value for money, however the best thing by a clear mile was the staff. Friendly, full of good humour and enthusiasm.

Lovely breakfast set ! Food was great and service stuff were attentive

A popular place for divers to repair for lunch and drinks after they finish a morning on the dive boats! Very good choice of food and drink, and delicious pizzas.

A fairly decent choice of food, with mexican, scottish, italian influences. We had lunch outside on a balcony with a view on the moored boats. Very friendly and efficient service.

Great place to eat in Eyemouth. Despite being very busy they found room for us. Service was friendly and reasonably quick given it was busy. Great decor. Great food. Cosy seaside atmosphere
