Lovely branch of Waterstones with very helpful staff.
Just wish dogs weren't allowed inside, as I'm asthmatic and allergic to dogs.

I called to see if the book I wanted was in stock. The lady I spoke to offered to put it by for me to collect as I was a distance away. Staff at Waterstones are always extremely helpful. They’re obviously recruited with care. When I collected the book the lady was friendly and knowledgeable.

Staff are knowledgeable and helpful, easy to request orders for products you want or if things are out of stock. Small section of interesting board games and reading related gifts/ parephenalia. Small children's section, extensive fiction selection. Never feel rushed when browsing. Very cool selection of maps :)

Have used this branch several times and even though a small shop in comparison to their others, they have a good selection and the staff are amazing. Extremely helpful, informative and welcoming.

A small, well run book store. The range isn't the largest, but it still carries the latest releases and old favourites.
Staff are friendly and it's easy to find what you're after in store.

If you want a read this is the place to go. Thousands of books on just about anything. Staff are very helpful and if you can't find a book they will try to order it for you. They also sell a few gifts and accasionly they have a guest writer come to visit. Pepper pig has been very popular in the past
