Went to visit relations staying there. Vast site with indoor pool and spacious clubhouse. There is an enormous number of static caravans, one of which had been rented by my daughter's family. This was relatively modern and in excellent condition. The central heating was most welcome - being very effective and controlled by thermostat. The location is very good, my only gripe being the public access road, which was fairly steep and twisty, with a concerning drop to one side. However, my family had a great time in a clearly well run establishment.

We stayed at Gloria's stay caravan. Amazing everything you need they have in the caravan, we felt at home. Smelled really good, very clean, the beds are very comfy and flannel bedding love it. Outside toys for kids. Inside, we had a puzzle. The park is very organised, the car stayed by the caravan. We went off-season so didn't know anything about the shops and entertainment. The beach is very close to the car. There was a Christmas tree. Love it.

Enjoyed a very relaxing long weekend stay. Caravan was superb and sited within a 10-minute walk of the beach. The facilities we used - reception, beach bar and main bar - were very good with friendly staff. Prices were higher than high street, but that has been true of every caravan park we've ever visited.

Great place to stay usually & love to come back .we obviously chose the wrong time as.. 'out of season' was the order of the day there could have been some effort made in some areas & there are improvements on-going
it's looking a little tired in some areas.

Stayed in a gold caravan which was lovely however there doesn't seem to be any order of same type vans together and we were a good walk from beach and amenities.

I stayed for five days at Clarach Bay Holiday Village and enjoyed the holiday, with our group visiting the surrounding area and taking advantage of the on-site entertainment in the site's club.

The accommodation was clean and spacious, and feels very homely. There were plenty of amenities on the park itself, and despite not using some of these, we were told that we could if we had wanted. The location is generally good, and you are in fact on a beach that has a local shop, multiple pubs and takeaways. Aberystwyth is a short drive away which is handy, and the surrounding area is open and green.

Our group will be returning, and would like to thank the Clarach Bay Holiday Village team for their help, and for making our stay so enjoyable.

Very nice place to go, stayed at this place for 2 nights. Amazing views, Caravan was nice. Place is right by the sea. Beautiful weather 😎 lovely ice cream ☺ Perfect place for the kids 👍 The only down fall is that you have to pay £2 per adult & £1 per child to go swimming & if you forget to wear the band they give you at reception when you first arrive. They won’t let you in the pool 🏊‍♀

Absolutely love this place, just a few miles outside of Aberystwyth. You can walk there via Constitution hill along the coast path too, although a bit hairy in places. Clarach Bay has it all! Great ice cream wagon, that also sells waffles, crepes, mini Dutch pancakes, American pancakes, waffle cones, burgers and hotdogs, frappes, milkshakes, smoothies, candy floss, popcorn and a huge variety of ice creams. Friendly staff. One of the best crazy golf courses I know plus a few rides and trampolines for the littles. Small arcade with brilliant 2p tipper machines that throw out tickets, you can trade in for prizes. Sometimes they drop small prizes like keyrings! There is also a great bar with Moretti beer on draught. It plays great Mowtown music and sells fresh made pizzas and paninis. There is also a fab chippy. There scampi is the best. Launderette also on site and a well stocked shop. Toilets are spotless. Beach is great, but does change a lot with the tides. One time it was sandy, another time it was quite pebbly. We still love it no matter what. Some good rocks for rock pooling. We saw some shrimps in one. All in all it's a favourite place of ours.

We had a great visit to this holiday park, and can highly recommend the atmosphere and service.

During the summer months, they do a beach party on a Saturday between 2 and 8pm. The atmosphere is really fun, and the DJ and singer were really good and very entertaining.

There is a bar for the grown ups and a small fun fair, aimed more at the younger children.

Fish and chip shop and pizzas were also available, although the fish and chips were quite expensive.

We will definitely be returning!

We went for day out, had a fantastic time on beach 🏖😊😊. The site would be perfect for people who love rock and sand play time

Unfortunately our stay was cut very short due to a situation with our car breaking down. We only stayed one night in caravan d10 which was gorgeous and very clean. So upset the children and I had to cut holiday short and didn't get to explore site. They made sure me and the kids got to caravan safe to when it was late and dark very kind

We share a holiday home here and absolutely love it, it a beautiful park with an amazing beach. You can walk to aberystwyth town in 20mins across the coastal path. You have a club house with have fantastic entertainment and equally amazing food... wood fired pizzeria, a chip shop and local store, and other leisure facilities. I love it every time I come here.

Lovely, friendly staff and the caravan was very modern and clean.

Great quality fish and chip shop on site and the white chocolate crepe from the refreshment stall was possibly the best I have ever eaten.

Website says keys to be collected by 5pm, so I did have a panic as we weren't getting there until 7pm, but upon speaking to reception on the phone, the reception was actually open until 8pm and after that the keys could still be collected from the bar.

Very peaceful and beautiful atmosphere without any disturbance whatsoever. :) I really enjoy the swimming pool, it's so worth the money. This holiday village is 100% disability friendly to people with autism like me. It's also very family friendly :D

I've been visiting Clarach Bay for years, and as a little seaside stay, it's never failed to please. If your after a cosmopolitan experience, or a luxury 5 star resort.. it's not for you, but it is a superb place nonetheless 👌 😀 especially if the sun is shining!
