I love the wide food choices in such a small supermerket. Lunch take away options are fresh and healthy too. There's often a good offer on wines and on family dinners.

Really lovely sales assistant helped us out with shopping and tourist information! Great store and fab swimming costumes!

My favourite food shop in Lancaster. Brilliant for a whole array of salad tackle, fruit, breads, and cheeses. The slaws and the potato salads are especially divine. And they have five different brands of feta. Moreover, prices seem reasonable when compared with other shops that do a similar classy take on the supermarket, for instance Booths.

Quality products. Look for reduced items. Great pizza

Marks is what it is. Their on line collection has changed and is very confusing and the returns are worse if like me you don't have an iPhone

I had excellent service from Debs on the ground floor on the 22/11/22 around 14.48 after she did my refund Debs went up stairs to collect my parcel for me, due to becwuse i am using crutches

Visited the Lancaster store cafe this morning and was served by a lovely lady who was friendly and knew how to give great customer service, sadly lacking in much of the retail environment today. I should have got her name but didn't, she's a credit to the store anyway

On two floors. A few clothes at entrance then food hall. Staff helpful. We were just visiting as staying in Thurnham. Staff members were happy to take us to the items we required. Upstairs. Escalator and stairs there must be a lift somewhere as when eating in the small cafe upstairs the was a wheelchair user. Very nice 2 Lattes and 2 toasties both very hot. Plenty of staff on site. Would recommend!!

I have twins so getting kitted out for the new school year can get quite expensive. Managed to get both boys sorted for less than £50, very happy and I know they are very good quality. Bonus 15% off voucher for school shoes when I paid too.

Great shopping experience today. My wife found a lovely dress. It was a size smaller than normal but fitted perfectly. Result! However mens clothes were dire and I would not be buying until they fix this. I am over 60 but I also know what I like. Assistant in downstairs changing room (from Liverpool I found out) was excellent.

Went here in November last yr when me and my Grandma came on a day trip to Lancaster from Holgates where we were staying. Great food and drinks. Just annoys me seeing comments about people commenting turning up 10 mins late and not getting a fitting or food. It clearly states the time the service or food ends get there before the end time its your fault not M&S or whatever other company you decide to blame for your incompetence of not being able to get there on time. Get a grip.

Very helpful member of staff enabled me to order the correct size in store to collect tomorrow. Otherwise I would have come home and gone online but feeling dissatisfied at not finding item on rack in-store.

Was able to buy 2 tops which I hadn't expected to. Really nice service from Jill who was able to check up on my offers on my Sparks card and saved me £6.

The staff are doing a fabulous job trying to keep people safe, sadly alot of customers don't think they'll bother with social distancing. The shop is well stocked and very clean x

Went to the coffee shop and had a latte and a mocha both were very good, sat down at a table with
the previous customer cups and plates and the staff cleaned up the dish without having to be asked

Very helpful staff. Needed a new shirt “that day!” Not a problem. Thanks again M & S. why would you go anywhere else?

Popped in for something for my tea came home with a lovely sweater!!enjoyed a coffee using free voucher ,visited toilet all in all pleasant hour spent in warm friendly store
