Carruthers and Luck have been our go to estate agents for many years now. They are honest, reliable and efficient. And everyone who works there is very pleasant.

This is the second time I have utilised the services of Carruthers & Luck Estate Agents. Once when I moved to the area and then when I recently moved house. Moving property is a stressful experience but the Carruthers & Luck team certainly helped to reduce the stress through their professionalism and knowledge, answering any questions or queries I had very efficiently and clearly. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
Kevin was fantastic throughout and responded quickly when our initial sale fell through.
He advised us well with regards to solicitors and kept us in the loop along the way.
The rest of the team were always on hand when needed and I found them all to be friendly and helpful.
They were incredibly good value for the service we received and using a smaller local estate agent over the larger corporate companies proved to be a great choice.

Renting a flat in newhaven C&L were communicative the whole way through and were speedy throughout the process. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and well organised. I would happily rent with them again or use them as an agent for my own. Only slight criticism which wasn’t worth deducting a star was that their phone demeanour when enquiring about properties was a little cold and rushed.

Overall very good!
