I put my two bedroom bungalow on the market with Open House in Jan 22 and it could not have gone more smoothly. Neil was immediately the obvious choice when I had valuations done. Not simply because he went for the highest figure or had t he lowest rates. He was practical, sensible man who knew his business. He found me a buyer within a couple of week and secured more than the asking price. Danielle was excellent at keeping me up to date of what was going on and if any further information was required or if I needed to do anything. Neil was an excellent expeditor and did a good job of making sure things didn’t sit with solicitors longer than they needed to and was in regular touch. The whole process was concluded in under three months and I don’t even have any constructive criticism to offer. They did an excellent job and it was a pleasure to deal with people who just wanted to keep things moving and complete the process. If everything was this simple, life would be much easier.

Do not look anywhere else whether you are buying or selling. Neil & his team handled the sale of our house in Peacehaven, from the very start they were professional and proactive. The listing for our house looked amazing, Neil then actively reached out to his existing clients and we had a buyer within a week. Neil managed all the pitfalls of being in a chain so we didn’t have to worry about anything, he went over and above to keep everything moving on a daily basis, immediately dealing with issues as they arose. Not one other estate agent in our chain bothered to do this, I honestly don’t think our purchase would have been successful without him.

Neil and Stuart are simply the best Estate Agents we have ever had the pleasure to deal with! Yes really a pleasure. Their attention to detail, commitment to us a clients and responsiveness was nothing other than 100% at all times. Whilst we sold fairly quickly, our forward purchase was more complicated to say the least, we had two purchases fall through until we eventually exchanged and even then it was not straightforward, during this time we were constantly asking Stuart and Neil for advice and support, which was always forthcoming without bias or hesitation. The guys at OpenHouse do twice the work, make double the effort and all for less than half the cost of all their competitors. Fully recommend with out hesitation! Thank you.

Update Summer 2021 - We moved again this summer and naturally asked Open House to sell our property - once again the team were excellent - we achieved a fantastic selling price for our home and they managed to get us a early private viewing on a property they felt fitted the criteria we were looking for. They were right and we managed to secure our new home before it went to market! All round another fantastic experience - Open House are the best - save yourselves stress and money - appoint Open House to sell you home!

Neil and Stuart sold our house for us quicker than we had ever expected and the rest of the process was overseen by them to make sure it was all smooth sailing. 100% recommend them every time, although we are hoping never to have to use them again! Excellent service. Neil came to our house to take the pictures and do the floor plan for the sale and it was done within 48 hours and all correct and looking great!

I don’t know what took me so long to write a review especially that it’s a first ever review that I truly want to write. We been with another local agency for almost a year and they failed us twice (not mentioning ridiculously high fees). A switch to Open House was best thing ever. Neil is unbelievable and there are nothing that’s too much for him. I didn’t needed to chaise him even once. He always updated us with a progress even if there was nothing going on. All my emails was answered same day and all my calls returned in a matter of few hours. Open House Estate Agents offer a highly professional service and I have no hesitation in recommending them. My house sold in one day!
