Lewis Austin has shown service levels above and beyond the norm. He has discussed our needs and actively looked to find us a property that is suitable. He even met with us on a Sunday out of his working hours to show us a property. He is extremely pleasant and polite and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

My wife and I have been searching for a property in the area and found one that was on offer with Cubitt and West. Karen has gone the extra mile in every respect so far with the viewing and buying process. During the viewings she was very accommodating, even offering to transport us between properties, and she provided an excellent bridge between us and the developer. Every query has been answered promptly and very professionally, and always with a very sympathetic and reassuring touch. We also liked that she reached out proactively to follow up and answer any open questions and concerns, but was never giving a hard sell. From our point of view it has been the best experience we had so far with an estate agent. We would recommend Karen and her agency without hesitation.

A service which is not often provided nowadays. Will highly recommend you. More estate agents should have a specially allotted person to follow their sales progress. Information is key to a house move. Even when things don’t go to plan, at least you know what’s going on. Much appreciated.
Also must mention Karen Fogarty who was the lady who actually found us our buyers. Our property had been on the market many months with other agents with very little interest. Karen took our flat onto their books and found us a buyer straight away.

If I could add more stars, I would. I had an apartment for sale for 6 months with another agency with out hardly any viewing, maybe 3. I decided to try another agency cubitt & West since they always called me to find out if I sold it. Karen and the team were great. I had nearly 10 viewings booked, and the house sold, before it even went onto Rightmove. They kept me in the loop at all times. It was a super fast and easy sale. They did an amazing job, highly recommend.

From Start to finish Cubitt & West were fantastic while buying our first property. Took a long 9 months due to chains and issues with the seller but Garry in particular gave us constant weekly updates which were amazing and he made us feel like he cared just as much as we did! What a wonderful experience. The first time I met Anne Hutson she thoughtfully and thoroughly briefed me about the selling process from start to finish. Mortgage Broker Toby at Cubbitt and West in Peacehaven has been absolutely brilliant. He has very quickly found me much better mortgage offers than other brokers I've seen, plus is super friendly and full of property investment ideas and continued support while I decide best strategy. Highly recommend him.
