I bought my house 10 years ago from Phillip Mann in Peacehaven and was impressed with them then. Today, I just sold my house through them. They have been absolutely brilliant!! The level of service we have received and the professionalism they have shown throughout the sell has brilliant. In contrast the level of service we have received for the agents selling our house has been woeful. Phillip Mann in Peacehaven comes with a hidden gem.... His name is Liam. He is an asset to the company and has been driver in keeping us well informed, advised and supported through the process. I fully recommend their services. Jon

I am so impressed with Phillip Mann Estate Agents. I had the pleasure of dealing with the Peacehaven branch and mostly dealt with Brett. Years ago I learned my lesson with estate agents in Peacehaven by using a different estate agent (an agent that is opposite the Phillip Mann Peacehaven office). That agent found a buyer and that was it, left the rest to the solicitor and myself and eventually that buyer dropped out.
I have just sold my property with Phillip Mann and the Peacehaven team were amazing. They sold the property then phoned weekly and towards exchange of contract daily to update and get the chain moving. They don't only phone me they phone the whole chain! Had it not been for Phillip Mann then I dare say I would have lost my buyer or my purchase.
Please remember that the estate agent is the key to everything. Don't be fooled into false economy and use a different agent to save a couple of hundred quid then loose your buyer or purchase, use an agent that phones everyone weekly and chases the chain and earns their money. They took the responsibility to get get the job done and completed, they know what their strengths are and made things happen by them taking the initiative.
They use a language that ensures their message is easily understood and their communication is well structured and presented. They have an open positive approach and they are willing to go that extra mile from placing my property on the market to completion date. This is the best Estate Agent we have ever had - in 15 years of using property agents. Their service is excellent. They are helpful and informative with the right level of attention (they aren't pushy). We are so grateful to them for helping us buy our first home!
