Long time customers of this company, since they were involved as sponsors of a local football team.
Went in on Saturday to look for some replacement floor covering for a bungalow. The kitchen and lounge carpets had been ruined by spillage by carers over the last three years, and we wanted the place tidied for prospective purchasers.
Given good advice by Mark. Andrew came today (Tuesday,) to measure up. Inclusive quote promised for tomorrow.
Most acceptable service, strongly recommended.

Lewis from RM carpets you are not only a life saver but are a carpet wizard. I spilt candle wax on the carpet I bought 2 years ago from RM and he was able to cut it out and patch a spare cutting I had kept. Absolutely superb service.

Overall I was very pleased with the price and fitting of my carpets. Helpful friendly staff. Would use them again, and would recommend them.
