Aldershot Park

Small walks here, unless you are walking around the playing field.
The kids' park is really good & there are quite a few bits to play on. The only downer is the toilets. They have been closed for a long time & as you can imagine. Small people have small bladders. This needs addressing.

Located at 45 minutes drive from Heathrow Airport.
Aldershot is world-famous as the home of the British Army and offers a fascinating insight into military history as well as extensive barracks for today's soldiers. Its history is well-documented at various local museums.
Aldershot has vast appeal for families thanks to its great schools, commuters, and superb transport links.
Pedestrians friendly city with many beautiful walkways.

I go here most days to walk my dog, I'm disabled so I like it here because there is plenty of benches to rest on, and loads of bins for trash and dog waste.

A really nice park, lots of different things for the children covering all ages. At this time of year (January) it is muddy away from the walkways so a change of shoes would be useful. Car park opposite has plenty of space and is free which is helpful.

Lovely park, quiet atmosphere and lots to do for all ages. Toddler loves the sandpit and watching ducks by the pond.

Excellent park for dog walkers, wide open spaces, we walk round the perimeter to prevent any dog spillage or otherwise staying on the football /rugby pitches, excellent walk,good parking and scenic.

Good playground for all ages, plenty of swings and a toddler friendly structure, plus sand pit and more advanced climbing frames and things for older children. There's a toilet block. Parking is generally fine except if the Lido is busy.
You can also take a short walk around the fishing lake

Absolutely beautiful place. Everything is covered.... play park with a sand pit too, a huge amount of things for kids to do! Then there is a fishing spot for Adults with a really beautiful walk around it. What's more a huge rugby field next to it. So beautiful Everything 😍 💖 A must visit.

Good for dog walking , stream runs along the back and nice little nature pond and play park.

A fabulous, accessible park, with something for everyone! Quiet enough for anglers and plenty of room for strollers and dog walkers as well as great play facilities for children and sports pitches. Beautifully maintained and open enough to feel safe.

Beautiful park on the outskirts of Aldershot. It has a children's play area, a fishing lake and large sports field, with small amounts of woodland around the edges and by the lake. Lots of different trees. They use the field for football, rugby and cricket for all ages. Lots of friendly dog walkers and on the plus side, plenty of waste bins. There is a cafe open when sports are on and toilet facilities.

My granddaughter loves it there, really nice park for toddlers . Sand pit and seperate things for the older kids. Nice pond to walk round. Large fields to the back of the park plenty of room to play football, ride bikes etc.

Lovely park to spend some time. We often come here with a picnic of take away as there are tables. There is a great variety of play equipment for a range of ages to use including a sandpit which is my daughter's favourite. There are also toilet facilities here and a small kiosk type cafe that is run by a nearby charity, although I am not sure about the opening times. There is a pond and a super large playing field, perfect for games, kites and drones! We love coming here and often do 😊

Great park with great views and loads of space for activities, loads of clubs on the park for rugby, cricket and football.

Lots of places to walk , big car park and my dog loves it there , all them smells!! They have a huge field , where on occasions you can watch the kids clubs play footie or cricket , it also has a great play area for the kids
