A little gem in the Surrey Hills. Lovely food and a lovely cozy place. Great tea and cake selection. Only small thing if you're going for breakfast or brunch, they don't have eggs on the menu which is a bit strange.

Wonderful setting, great food, jacket potato was tasty but could have been hotter. Parking is limited because of its popularity.

A beautiful little local tea room. This place was buzzing and busy the whole time, the locals clearly like it. The staff were wonderful, really helpful and attentive, making sure we were comfortable. We had a bunch of cakes and scones, all homemade. The scones were incredible, it's worth going just for these, soft, flaky, and delicious. The coffee and tea were great too. It's a lovely little space to sit and relax and enjoy some great food. Everyone else's for looked fantastic too (and big portions).

Lovely cute tea room. The staff were so friendly and food was delicious. I loved the personalised touch that was added to the take away box for the cakes I got. Definitely made me smile.

Food and presentation perfect. Setting perfect. Staff perfect. From ordering to end, everything was done so competently and nicely. Amazing cakes and fantastic quality ingredients in sandwiches. Very reasonable cost .

We drove 30 minutes to get here as the images looked amazing and it did not disappoint

Everything was homemade and was made quickly from scratch and the scones were so warm

The staff were friendly and really helpful and the atmosphere was very busy but super chill and quiet

It’s a shame we don’t live near here otherwise we would be going back again

We had two afternoon teas with extra cake each and only cost us £35

Great food in a lovely place. As others have said, parking can be difficult. We parked up the hill and walked back. Highly recommended.

I love this place and visit when I can. The cake is excellent, they do amazing hot chocolate and the toasted banana bread from the breakfast menu is too die for (it is served with thick yogurt, honey and seeds). They do a great hummus and roasted veg sandwich too.

You can then wander around the church afterwards. This tea room is one of my favourite places on a warm summer day or in the depths of winter, it doesn't matter. And the staff are always friendly and welcoming.

Lovely quaint tea rooms. Cosy seeing with wood fire in the corner. Nice menu, ploughman's was good value and tasted good. The sourdough open sandwich was excellent. Great coffee with cream(hard to get these days) was very welcome and much enjoyed. The few cakes we had were excellent. Highly recommend.
Did are welcome on a lead.
Toilets are clean
Parking is free and easy
Friendly staff
Go and enjoy

Great stop on a nice long walk. Good selection of cake, scones and sandwiches. I highly recommend the quiche and the Soup 😁

The staff are lovely and there is a nice outside space with the weather is good enough.

Lovely place just dripping with cosy British country cottage vibes. You’ll feel like you’re in a postcard; looks surreal.

The staff are lovely and are happy to share the history of the house if you’re interested. Bit of a drive to find it but definitely worth it.

Can’t really put into words how wonderful my experience was. I went with my husband for breakfast and the food was absolutely delicious, and fresh. The prices are very low for such handmade food and the service was brilliant. Would absolutely recommend this place for a visit!

I found this tea room after seeing it mentioned on a local Facebook group. We headed there last Saturday and it was busy, but there were a few tables available. Once sat down, we chose from the menu, ordered both food and drinks at the till and was all very enjoyable in a nice cozy setting. Would definitely return.

Very nice place to go for a coffee, cake or food. This was my second visit with my elderly father. Staff could do with training at the till. You are expected to pay for your order before it arrives and I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip for the staff when I placed my order !!! Unusual to request we tip for a service not yet provided? I have no issue tipping but only for a service provided.

Lovely little tea room! We had a great walk at Puttenham Common yesterday and called in afterwards for delicious hot chocolates! We sat outside where you're welcome to sit with your dogs and they even supply blankets to wrap around you if you're a bit chilly. It's also great that they have gluten free and vegan options on their menu. Will be returning very soon!

Nice little tea room in Seale can be hard to park in small car park and busy at lunch time. Good choice of foid and cakes. Coffee is limited as no machine to make fancy coffees(Im sure this would enhance the business and possibly able to offer take-away option)
We will be back 👍
