Hogs Back Brewery Ltd

This is one of our local breweries, so I have been a number of times now. Delicious beer (can’t beat Surrey Nirvana and Hogstar), made with hops grown on site. The tap room is amazing, with a large barn area and outdoor seating looking over the fields. When it’s too chilly to sit outside you can enjoy your pint on a sofa near the fire! The pizzas are also some of the best I’ve had outside of Italy! Only thing I would say is that I wish there were a few more beer taps, maybe with a few guest brews? If you are into your beer, the shop is heaven. It stocks all the Hogs Back brews as well as many other craft beers from all over the country. Then you have the most insane choice of German and Belgian beers. It’s worth the hour round trip for us just for the shop alone! Already looking forward to my next visit, thanks Hogs Back!

The tour was definitely worth the price. For those drinking, more than the 4x 1/3 pints advertised was offered during the tour. I was driving but the tour guide offered a can of their alcohol free beer which was a nice gesture. Our guide was great and very knowledgeable. Will come back in summer for the garden tour.

Fantastic local brewery that make an excellent range of beers. We went on the tour a few years ago and had a great time being shown around the premises, seeing the various stages in the process, and sampling the end products! Recommended

Great day out. Tour was fun, educational, and thoroughly enjoyable. Guide was controversially funny and just such a great wit. Drinks flowed, none of these stingy masures, so make sure someone drives you. It's definitely something I would recommend.

Stopped off there prior to footy at aldershot. Unanimously voted the highlight of the day. The setting is stunning, the beer magnificent.
Should have binned off the match and stayed longer. Next time...

Nice brewery with great beers and pizza. The staff are very knowledgeable about their craft and they take it seriously. The store has a wide selection of their beers and beers from around the world for you to purchase.

Fantastic selection of beers in the shop, great to get fresh beer to take home or have in the tap room and great to also do a brewery tour

Had a great time on Hogs Back Brewery tour! It was my dads first visit to any brewery and he absolutely loved it. I’ve been to a few large and small brewery tours myself (including Ringwood, Heineken, Estrella & more) and I have to say this is by far one of the best I’ve been to. Very generous with the beer tasting which was great. Lots of interesting information from our tour guide Bruce. Thank you for a great time

Nice place! Enjoyed the tour and the food in the bar is amazing. Dog friendly as there is a large outdoor area with a nice view. Kid friendly also.
Excellent shop with a beer for everyone and their individual taste.
Heading back over ASAP to visit the shop and I'll have to pop into the bar for a pizza whilst there.

Been a fan of this brewery's beers for a long time, but this was my fist visit to drink at the place where it all happens. Plenty of seating, friendly staff, nice wood-fired pizza and of course great beer. I look forward to another visit when it's not raining, so I can sit on one-off the benches outside and admire the rolling countryside in the distance as I enjoy a TEA!

The outdoor and other seating areas are fab, the best of both a pub and festival atmosphere. Love it.

Well worth a visit. There's a drive through if you don't fancy walking into the shop to purchase beer. They have a large range of beer from all over the world, not just what they produce. There's also a beer tour plus an indoor and outdoor area with plenty of seating. Hoping to come back when they have a band playing. Oh and they make amazing pizza.

I just had my first trip to the Hogs Back Brewery and was thoroughly impressed. The setting is beautiful and rustic, there was a fantastic live band (really good three guys; need to find out the name of the band) and the service was excellent. We didn't eat, but the pizzas smelt amazing. I thought the prices were very reasonable too. We are already talking about booking next Thurs night to eat and watch the (hopefully same) band again.

Had several visits in the last month (not much to do in current lockdown climate) and very impressed with the slick set up and service. For a COVID cautious person their drive through set up is very easy and even easier if you use the click and collect service. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Keep up the amazing work.

Wonderful place! I took my husband for our wedding anniversary and so I prepared him a little surprise. The staff was lovely and they offered themselves to help me with it.
The beer is sooo tasty and the brewery is a beautiful place where you can learn how to make good beer. Absolutely recommend this place for a visit.

After visiting this brewery multiple times I can only say positive things. Great service, amazing food, board games, all of the entertainment and incredible bands and events.
Oh and the beer is the best you’ll taste!
Highly recommend anyone to do the hop garden tour, highly informative and fun, Bruce a true legend. Roll on the festival!

We were hoping to sit in the nice area for lunch but they were all booked up so we sat under the marquee area. The beer was superb, the pizzas made right in public view and were excellent. The shop contains an astonishing selection of beers and lagers at good prices. This is a great day out especially if you can book the brewery tour.
