Bought a used car from here from a young lad called Laurence who was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Took me out on a test drive and bearing in mind this is a Peugeot Dealer, the car he sold to me was a Ford Focus Estate and he was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and what the little gadgets and buttons all do.

The overall experience with Laurence was superb. He even stuck to his promises about calling up 48 hours later and 2 weeks later to see how I was getting on 😁

I bought a 2018 Citroen C3 Aircross from Charters Aldershot. Nick and Ben were super helpful throughout the process. While there were a few post-purchase issues with some front sensors that had been installed by a previous owner, it was all dealt with in a few weeks and Ben was very professional and happy to help me get it sorted. I was very pleased with the service provided and would definitely go back and use Charters if I were looking for another car again. 👍🏻
