Astalet Cafe

All round great food and service, had a breakfast and price is about what you expect to pay these days. I haven’t tried anything other than the breakfast off the menu. I have visited a few times and it’s very consistent on quality and service as a cafe goes. Well worth a visit if you are hungry for some good honest food.

I had some time to kill and was hungry....
I would describe it as a good old fashioned greasy spoon. The food ingredients were good, well cooked and tasty. I left 45 minutes later fed, watered and satisfied that I had got very good value for money !!

They are a little less sparing with their chips 🍟 compared to the Send branch, however, lovely cosy cafe great smiley faces and grateful vibe. English breakfast and omelette to die for ha ha!

Great local cafe in Aldershot. Super service, friendly and quick. Cannot fault it. Great pricing too.

Simply the best cooked breakfast! The ingredients are good quality, the food is cooked to order and is served lovely and hot. There is no skimping on this breakfast! I think the fact that the cafe is always busy speaks volumes. I have not tried the lunches or other items offered, purely because l love the breakfast so much. It's definitely my favourite, l cannot recommend highly enough.

Had one of the breakfast choices, big plate, big meal, great black pudding, lots to eat, I would like a slightly better quality sausage, but it was cooked just right. Worth another visit. Had another visit, still excellent.

I love this place. I've popped in a few times before football up the road. I ordered a set breakfast, no mushrooms. "Extra sausage?" was the immediate offer, which is nice. Not all places allow substitutions, let alone offer them unprompted.

It's a caff. It knows what it is. The food is good, the prices are honest, and the hardworking, cheerful staff do the simple things well.

I have been eating at the astalet for many years staff are always friendly the food is arriving quickly and it's delicious. I had a Spanish omelet it was cooked perfectly.
