I want to say a BIG thankyou to Courtney who does my nails and eyebrows at the branch at the retail park. She's very talented and patient and always walk out the store super happy with how nice my nails and eyebrows look. They last a long time too! Thank-you again Courtney xx

Great new store, nicely laid out with plenty of goods on offer. Has free parking nearby too, which is a bonus.

Unbelievably rude staff member who we've had two bad experiences with. Seriously needs some customer service training, or just remove her from the till. I don't expect to leave a shop visibly upset by a sales assistants service. Other staff have always being helpful and polite. Store is lovely, and well maintained.

Honestly the worst experience ever! I brought a gift for someone then I 2nd guest it and decided to exchange it for something else. The manager named ‘Larry’ bald large man was so disrespectful towards me telling me up close into my personal space shouting why I have come back and why I want to return the item, ‘what’s the problem’ I was left in shock and shaken I didn’t say anything to back myself up. I just said I want an exchange that’s all and I apologised even though there was no fault of my own. Now if the store was busy I’d understand and I would’ve not went back in would’ve returned it another day but it was so dead in there was only me and another 2 customer in the whole shop that was it! I wish if I had to go back I would’ve returned the item and never looked back and never shopped there again! Worst store ever never again! Was so so disrespectful. Ruined my whole day I was left so upset! I was going to complain to store manager but realised he was the store manager! So disrespectful the way he speaks to customers and huffing and puffing and rolling his eyes, don’t know who made him the store manager should be fired otherwise you’ll have no customers left in that dead place as it is already probably due to him!

Lovely big store, lots of products at a good price, rude staff who clearly didn’t want to be there or help customers such a shame. Decent parking as well.

He is rude No meet and greet to the public and very unhelpful person. He's will bosses you around will give you order telling you what to do evening your by a different company firm.
Likes to be in Control off People's Staffs and employers who come inside his SHOP. Meant Superdrug company It not his shop.

Well, the long awaited new Superdrug store in Bridgwaters retail park finally opened it's doors today, but I have no idea when as I had gone away in disgust by then. I was advised by someone when I arrived today at 10.30 a.m., that it would be opening at 11.00 a.m., so I went away to kill some time. When I arrived back at 11.00, it was still closed, so I waited along with a few others. The worst part of this is that the staff and some 'Top knobs' could clearly be seen talking, and drinking something fizzy blatantly in full view of those of us waiting. Superdrug, you should be ashamed of yourselves for your arrogance, and be mindful that it is those of us who visit your store who pay your wages. I left at 11.20 and the doors were still closed.
