Took my hubby for a birthday meal, staff were fabulous , food was perfect and they made a real effort to make him feel special. Very relaxed atmosphere and extremely clean. Great value for money and would definitely recommend!

Unbelievably good!! Huge portions but superb quality too! Super-friendly staff, happy to offer different options to optimise the menu choices (which are huge too!). We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!! We will return whenever We come this way again. Thank you so much xx

We took my Dad here for breakfast at the weekend. It was super clean and we were met with a warm welcome. We ordered 3 very different breakfasts and all were superb. A bacon sandwich, eggs on toast and the full buster breakfast.

We did have to wait a while for our food but the waitress warned us and explained why it would be longer than normal and it wasn't an issue.

Very friendly service and couldn't have been more accommodating. We will go back.

Another Amazing Home cooked Chicken Roast today at Coteys to include Roast & baby potatoes,Yorkshire pudding, Carrots, Peas, Swede, Brussels, Kale, Cauliflower, Gravy Boat.

Best in Bedfordshire, value for money and wonderful, friendly Staff.
Must share the delicious Strawberry Cake & Ice Cream dessert also.

Great food, wonderful customer service and a very friendly atmosphere. Recommended. Excellent breakfast and very reasonably priced too.

Phenomenal. My wife and I are staying at the Redwing Lodge next door whilst in the area for work. We decided to try Cotey's on this quiet Tuesday evening and it's the best food we've had so far. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the restaurant is lovely. It's modern and cozy and importantly very clean. The standards are clearly high here.

The food was amazing. The menu is on a big blackboard and there are plenty of choices but not too many that it's overwhelming. They also have plenty of Veggie, Vegan and even Gluten Free options.

I opted for the Cotey's Quad Burger for £16. It was incredible. More than I expected. Thick, delicious slices of bacon, sausage, egg, a large piece of grilled chicken, a delicious beef patty, lettuce tomato and mayonnaise on a brioche bun that was served with perfectly cooked chips. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The ingredients were all high quality, I'd say it was very good value for what you get. I'm full, I'm happy, I'm satisfied.

Highly recommended to anyone in the area but certainly if you are staying at the Redwing Lodge or any of the other hotels nearby and you're not sure where to go then don't miss out!!

We only have 2 nights until we head home but we are definitely planning on another visit. Hopefully, breakfast before we leave because I just know it's going to be delicious 🤤🤤.

Came to Cotey’s for the first time this evening as we are staying next door.
The food was delicious, especially the Brie! The venue is spotless, It has a lovely atmosphere and the staff are really friendly.
Shame it’s right next to the loud busy road but the food makes up for it:) Would also be good if there was some more beer options but apart from that will definitely be back when working this way again!

Popped into this place with brother in law and his wife while travelling down the A1 and wanting a quick easy meal.
The car park is quite big but shared with a motel next door but there was plenty of parking.
We were seated quickly by a friendly lady who took our order.
The place is open plan with different areas.
Coteys serves a small range of good plain and basic food at reasonable prices.
The menu is on a chalk and updated as to what they have and shows if they have any specials.
Don't expect everything that's on the web site menu as they don't always have it.
Appears to be run by a few ladies and it has more of the feel of being served by your mum which I quite liked.
Don't expect anything fancy this is good honest basic food at reasonable prices.
They do have a room one side that they hire out for various meetings some evenings they had a spiritualist meeting the night we went.

Had a flat tyre typical monday morning. I must say for a cafe on the a1 there food and customer service is outstanding. My breakfast was one of the best and the bacon was cooked to perfection.

Been there again today with a colleague. Was pleased to find as high a level of service, and food quality as previously experienced. Forget Baldock Services whether it's a sandwich or Sunday lunch you will not be disappointed. A small restaurant fighting back against corporate benileity, that needs our support, because when they're gone, they're gone, and it will be our fault.

Beautiful breakfast. Traditional breakfast with a modern environment that's bright and very clean. The sausages are out of this world ❤.

The service was excellent from the lovely lady that was ever so nice.

Lovely food and very nice people.. stopped in the hotel next door and went here twice for tea, had the steak 1 night and the rack of ribs the other, both were really good and the portions were massive, would definitely recommend.

Really enjoyed our meal at Coteys today. Friendly staff, tasty reasonable food and pristine environment. Bugers and sausages from a local butcher, very tasty and my daughter loved the milkshake. Also had baby changing facilities and hi chairs. Would recommend.

I came with my son for Sunday roast, I was amazed when the plate was presented what a Yorkhire pud ! The gravy was tasty ¬ your packet stuff. I went on to have a portion of treacle pud, ooh spoil yourself,you will not be disappointed with the custard. Go out of your way & treat yourself

What a superb restaurant right beside the A1 Southbound. The building has been renovated to a really high standard. Service was friendly and the food great. Fantastic breakfast and value.

1st time of going to coteys & I loved the staff & food, it was a little quiet at the time we arrived but to me that is perfection in every way to sit, relax & eat your food in peace ✌

I treated my mum to a Sunday lunch here and it was amazing, the staff were fabulous and friendly and the food was to die for 🤤 we will definitely be coming back here.
