Just your standard Caffe Nero, really. Usually quite easy to get a table. Staff are always very friendly and make your drinks in good time without chatting to each other, as is sometimes the case in coffee shops. Recommended.

The most delightful and friendly staff imaginable make this cafe a go-to destination whenever I am in Alton.

Lovely women helped me package up something to go for a man quietly sitting on a stoop with his dog in the rain a block down. My own coffee and sandwich was perfect as well, a warm comfort on a rainy February day!

Nice food, good coffee, very pleasant ambiance, lovely furnishings and decor, very helpful staff, convenient position in heart of Alton shopping area and close to car park.

And the staff are very helpful and friendly and the service is excellent and they will bring the trays to you with coffee and tea for you thank you

I found that the Staff were very friendly, and helpful. Especially, the Chap, who served us and, politely, said, as he was brushing up, "We are closing ..... so, you will have to leave!".

The ambience MUST have been comfortable & welcoming, for my daughter and I, to lose all track of time {+ LOVED the Big Winged, Olde~Fashioned Leather Chair, by the far wall, in the Front Window!!}

Will visit again, especially, when the Weather deteriorates ..... into Winter!

Nice coffee in a relaxed atmosphere with friendly service. Dogs are allowed accompanied by an adult unlike some of the other coffee shops in Alton

I Love Caffè Nerós Coffeehouse this particular venue is friendly helpful and knowledgeable; the Staff are very well trained Baristas ,they know what good Coffee is all about.
I particularly love the Flat White the significant other loves the The Hot Chocolate which is Sooooo Yummm.

I got the last slice of carrot cake. Win win.

Friendly staff and they get my drink right every time. Even when I've arrived just as they've been about to close the shop they've still been polite and made my drinks to their usual high standard.
