Service was amazing our waitress was very nice and gave recommendations and she never stopped smiling. Food was spot on as all ways. Location is good, get to people watch in market Square. All in all a nice pizza express to eat at.

The waiter was extremely polite, friendly and attentive. Went out of his way to be helpful, made my son’s birthday tea very special thank you 🤩 an asset to your team. Lovely food as always.

Great meal, one of the better locations, consistently decent food and on time. Staff were really attentive and made it a great experience for our kids

6 of us came here this evening, we didn't book as we were booked to be elsewhere but they lost the booking. When we arrived we were acknowledged with a smile before we had even walked in. It seemed no trouble at all to be fitted in without a booking. The food was great and the service was above and beyond throughout. Thank you! It was a lovely end to a super day on the Watercress Line.

Had a lovely evening here catching up with a friend. The staff were very friendly and understanding given that we were too busy chatting to look at the menu for a little while. We didn't feel rushed at any point. The food was very tasty. I would happily recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Great location. Food was great as was the service. Only reason for a mark down on atmosphere was because it was very quiet, in terms of number of people. This place should be busier and we were there a Friday evening.

We had a very nice dinner really good service, the staff new there ingredients in the sweet my friend had, he's has an intolerance to chocolate,and he was looked after extremely well and enjoyed the evening and will be very happy to eat there again

Hands down the best Pizza Express we've had in a long time! Really friendly service, beautifully cooked pizza and a lovely place to socialise with family.

We visited on a Sunday and they were short of staff in the kitchen. The manager stepped up and was in the kitchen by her self. She was amazing no huge delays and still had a smile on her face. Very well done :)

Still very cosy and friendly atmosphere. Waitresses very efficient and all manage to be friendly with whichever of our grandchildren take. Food as good as expected.
Mid afternoon visit service gas improved and is now speedy and efficiently

Went for dinner for my son's 10 birthday on the Monday 13 Dec 2021. Food was good and speical effor made to make my sons desert into a birthday treat, inclusive of candle for him to blow out. We were very impressed with the young waitress who served us (our error to not get her name). She was patient, kind and engaged with both our children to make their evening extra special. We would love to say a special thank you to her and her amazing attitude. 👏

Friendly welcome and as it wasn't busy we were allowed to sit where we wanted. As it was my husband's birthday we had a voucher which was redeemed with no problem. Service was excellent (had a young lady who was being trained) and we were able to take our time. Food was lovely and reasonably priced. Would recommend.

Spacious, airy restaurant offering sound Italian fare including, as you would expect from the name, a good range of pizza and pasta dishes as well as salads and vegatarian options. Friendly staff and a lively atmosphere make for an enjoyable visit for all ages.

Eaten here this evening, service was second to none. Food was outstanding and true attention to detail has been taken with all the meals over all 3 courses.

My 2 grandsons chose pizza otherwise would not normally have chosen here. However I was very pleasantly surprised. The menu was quite varied. Both boys had lots to choose from and really enjoyed their meals.
I chose a gluten free option and there was gluten free pizzas, pastas and desserts on menu.
The reason I gave it 5 stars however was the excellent service.
The staff were attentive,friendly and patient and made sure the children were happy. They were given pens and puzzles to do while their meal was prepared and we were asked if everything was all right throughout.
Boys were so full could not eat their brownies so it was suggested they were boxed up to take home. There were smiles all round as the boys felt special.
Would definitely bring children here again.
