Good experience here, good prices and especially good customer service from a guy called Adam. Would recommend going to him with all of your problems. He's got all the answers!!

Nice, clean and quiet. Just as I like it. I've shocked a few people recently trying to get through to them about the fresh produce at Iceland it's not just a frozen food shop!!!

I would like to thank the staff at Iceland for the excellent job they do in difficult times.
The staff are friendly, helpful and control the guidelines brilliantly.
A big thank you to you all and especially to the quiet young lady with a long ponytail (who's name I don't know) has a lovely smile and never seems to stop working.

Just wanted to say what a star member of staff Amanda is. She works in the Alton shop and yesterday chose to help customers after she had finished her own shift and shopping she jumped back on a till and served us all in her usual cheerful way. She cut the queues down quickly. She should be rewarded!

Has most products needed on a daily basis. Efficient service and prices fair.

Real surprise! Great choice and great prices. Best of all tasted fantastic. Going to shop here more often. Their food is as good as any and wide choice. Give it a go!

The breads and cakes are at the High St entrance and at the steps at the car park entrance so if what you are after is not at one shelf go to the end if the store to check there

I always have a positive experience shopping in this location . The store is well organized and clean. The pricing is always clear and there is always a good variety of products. The staff is friendly and courteous.

New refit is first class but the Alton branch still has the cashier problem, it is very rare that on any given day you can pay without a long queue, it is vary apparent that footfall in the shop has increased so make sure the tills are manned.

Staff are friendly even at 8.30am . Feel covid safe everytime and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Well done doing what you have done this year.

If you're the sort of person that needs to make their food shop last because your benefits have been sanctioned, that woman is after child support again or tobacco doesn't leave you much change these days, this is the supermarket for you.

One of my favorite grocers. Their cold cuts are good and there’s a wide variety. Lots of frozen goods, and good brands.
