Fairfax & Favor Stamford

We attended the store by appointment, looking to buy some boots for both my wife and I. We were greeted warmly by Zara and her colleagues and nothing was too much trouble. All items we were interested in were in stock and in the sizes we wanted and we were made to feel properly valued whilst making our purchases. Our only observation is that it would be nice to see a wider clothing range available in store to complement the fantastic bags and footwear.

Had a lovely time in my appointment, trying on and then purchasing some boots. I booked an hour's appointment where we were offered prosecco or a hot drink and they already had the boots I wanted to try on waiting for me. They couldn't have been more helpful in fetching different sizes and colours. After leaving the store, I decided to then go back in a little later on in the day and buy a coat I had tried on and liked. They even let me go back into the appointment room to purchase it, which made it seem more special. The boots and coat were packed so lovely in a back with a bow, a definite must attend.

Didn't purchase on this occasion but our experience was brilliant.

Went in so the wife could try some of the boots on for a birthday gift, I booked her an appointment for a try-on/fitting, service was excellent we were offered a drink on arrival, Bronwyn I believe who helped my wife find her fit was very helpful and informative of the brands boots, even commenting on her own experience with them, she gave my wife her fitting details on a card to keep for future purchases.

Visited for the first time today to buy my daughter her first blue box for her 21st birthday. We were looked after by Amelia who offered us a glass of Prosecco, and then fetched lots of boxes for us to try on. After purchasing a pair of Regina’s for my daughter and my friend buying some Anglesey boots, we left having had a lovely time. Thank you for looking after us.

Absolutely excellent service from start to finish. Attention to detail is great. I will definitely be back. I left with the High heeled Regina black leather boots.

Booked a trip to the Stamford shop for my birthday . Really lovely experience and nothing was too much trouble for the 2 ladies in there that day . Jessica did our main shopping experience and although I went away with several blue boxes I think only one of them was actually on my original wish list . So lots of fetching different items for me . The seating area and fizz were great and it was nice to try on in privacy , rather than on the shop floor . Would highly recommend. Roll on next year .

Absolutely fantastic I booked a personal shopping experience for my wife’s birthday at the Stamford store.
From the moment we waked in it was so special Jessica took us through to a private area, sat us down in comfy chairs and offered us both champagne or coffee as I looked down I could see all the blue boxes filled with my wife’s wish list ready for her to try on and browse over. Nothing was a problem both Jessica and Andrew was running a round fetching more from the storeroom all while I sat back with a glass of champagne to numb the pain of getting my wallet out.
The hour flew by and was made more spectacular with the help and advice from Jessica and topped off with a gift and balloon from the store.before we left we had to have pictures under the store name with my wife showing off her bagged goodies all in there special blue boxes. Thank you does not seem enough to Jessica and her team who made our day .
A MUST FOR ANY FAIRFAX AND FAVOR LOVERS

Cannot fault this company for customer service, I bought a pair of shoes returned them due to stiching coming away, I contacted them and they asked me to return them.

Within a few days I received an email advising the shoes would be replaced, once I acknowledged the email and advised happy for a replacement, I received another email within hours advising they were packed and shipped, this is for me customer service/care going above and beyond......no chasing or waiting around for email responses.

Keep up this excellent work I like many other fairfax and favour customers truly appreciate it ❤

Came here to look at the new Buckingham handbag for my wife.
After the some great customer service we left with another handbag for her.

Today I was walking down Stamford high street when a dog tried to attack my dog. The staff in Fairfax saw this happen and kindly asked it myself my dog and friend wanted to come and sit inside with a glass of champagne. You really did make my day, and this sort of kindness goes a long way Thankyou to the staff who represent a gorgeous store x
