Fantastic pet shop. Took my dog in looking for a certain type of pet food. The nutritionist gave us excellent advice and we actually ended up changing to a different food that he gets on with. The new food seems much less processed on the ingredients list and he seems to have less tummy problems now

A brilliant pet store. On my forst visit I asked for advice with my 6 month old pup to transition to a raw food diet. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. He absolutely loved it and I've been back since and received advice on training treats which he all loved. Such a brilliant store which we will now be regulars at. Well priced with a good variety. They offer a harness fitting service which we will be going in for next week.

Absolutely love it here. The staff are so friendly and gave me great advice about my dogs diet which made such a difference to his daily life. For that, I will forever be grateful.

I took my friend there the other day so she could use the dog wash and she loved it too. It’s so handy to have somewhere to take your dog to wash and dry them.

Such a friendly welcoming staff and owner. Always ready to help, will recommend dietary advice if needed, along with any other advice. My dog loves her weekly visit she enjoys the greeting she gets as well as a good sniff of what goodies are available. Not so sure she liked the doggy wash but I loved it 😁🐶🐾🐾

I just wanted to say how very helpful Susannah was when I initially spoke to her (at length!) about my cat's allergy before my first order. I was enormously impressed by your company's customer service overall (I had a telephone call yesterday to alert me that you had received a new hard cat food we had discussed), and I especially like it that you only deal with top quality pet food, and so are very informed about it. I expect to be back!

Good place to purchase regular and raw dog food. Staff is really friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to their products. This place also have a self help dog washing machine with soap, conditioner and blow drying. I tend to visit the one in Winchester more as its closer to me, but when my dog need that wash, this is where I go.

Outstanding quality service. I even urge you to buy for your pet from Grovely Pets for your dogs' health - not only do they add a super friendly personal touch and help with all orders - but the dog food brands that Grovely stock are rated best in the world for nutrition for your pet. I am so delighted to have found Grovely Pet Supplies, which was recommended to me by a fellow dog owner. I was concerned that although he was on a good quality food, my 16 month old large breed dog wasn't putting on enough weight. I contacted Grovely via email to begin with and received incredibly prompt, helpful replies from Abi over a weekend. This was then followed up by a call from Katherine first thing on Monday morning. What amazing service! Katherine chatted through my concerns, made a recommendation that I felt happy with and so far my dog seems to be doing well. Regardless of whether he's on the right food (which I think he might be!), I would always shop now with Grovely; I trust them completely and think their staff offer a brilliant service. I have been dealing with the Alton store for over a year since my border collie was diagnosed with a liver condition. The team, particularly Katherine, have always been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and give great nutritional advice. Recently Jess needed to change food and Katherine couldn`t of been more helpful - taking me through some dietary options, calling to check how things were working out & understanding my concerns. A 1st class service, going over and above what I would of expected - a very pleasant and welcome guiding light for me when I was starting to despair. Thanks so much.

Excellent customer service and nutritional knowledge.
I have an adorable, but very itchy small dog. Under dermatologist's and vet's advice I've tried various exclusion diets and even resorted to steroids and antibiotics, several times, when he had scratched his skin so badly. Nothing seems to work. I've sought advice from other petshops and tried their latest organic, wholesome petfoods, time after time. I then discover that actually I've just been recommended their own brands, which although good food, are not helpful to my dog allergy and have been money down the drain. Having discovered Grovely Pets near Alton, they have a whole different approach. They are choosy about which brands they stock and the owner suggested a particular diet, together with natural supplements that she felt would be suitable in calming my dog's skin down from the inside out. Encouraged to take photos weekly of his appearance and keep a journal of his symptoms I really feel that Grovely have a genuine interest in getting your pet well and keeping it healthy rather than just selling you stuff. We have seen a real difference in just a few weeks. He's had this really bad allergy from a young pup and of course we don't know if it is actually food related, but the point is he is now healthier, his skin and coat are much better so his diet is helping to support his immune system to heal itself from within. With the patient support freely offered by the nutritional expert I am sure I have been lucky enough to discover a shop that will change my dog's life for the better.
They carry a fantastic range of natural foodstuffs and chews, together with all the usual pet equipment. I cannot thank all their staff enough for their great customer service, advice and care.

We went into their shop in brockenhurst last Tuesday for pet supplies. After talking to a lovely lady in there we worked out our dog is allergic to the dog food I had been giving her. After great advice and new products I have a happy dog with a happy stomach. Thank you for all your help. I will always use you for my dogs food

Ordered Celtic Connection dog food for my picky dog who has turned her nose up at most brands. The ordering process was smooth, the communication was clear throughout and the order was delivered quickly by APC. Oh, and my dog absolutely loves her new food!

I love this place. Such helpful and nice staff, they helped me with recommendations for an anti pull head collar and when they didn’t have the size I needed for my dog they ordered them in and allowed me to test it before buying.

We purchased our George Barclay beds from Grovely pets and they are definitely worth the price!! The staff are helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. Our dogs have different dietary needs and thanks to the patience and experience of the staff at Grovely we’re happy and sorted and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We feed both Raw food and Eden kibble to our four dogs taking advantage of the free local delivery from Grovely Pets. Dave and Liz are very knowledgeable and passionate about supplying a choice of very good quality and value food and accessories. Being able to get these foods and the treats from a single supplier is extremely convenient. I just wish that I had discovered them years ago.

Lovely little family pet store. Very helpful and chatty staff who are always on hand to give guidance as well as dietery advice. At the upper end of quality as well with only high meat and nutrious food. Some nice dog walks near by as well if you're traveling from further afield.

Called into the store just before Christmas to use the dog wash on our Ridgeback Finana which worked a treat. I also got some invaluable advise on food for her, lets say she has a gas issue! changed food and within a week all good . Many thanks Brian
