Wheel chair access is just right and the shop floor is just as good, when I was in shopping, I didn't see much of a crowd in the aisles, so 1400hrs on a Monday afternoon is the time to go and get the most without the crowds and crush.

I've had some mixed experiences with the pharmacy before, but the pharmacist, Charlotte, is an absolute star and really carries the pharmacy. I saw her several times about an infection; she was very knowledgeable and kind, giving me a lot more info about what it was, what caused it, and how it's treated than anything I got from any of my eConsults. Whatever Boots is paying her, she definitely deserves more!

I received excellent customer service from this shop. I rang the shop and spoke to Mandy who was very helpful. She went to great trouble to find the exact product I wanted and confirmed it was in stock. I later collected the electric toothbrush from the shop and again received excellent customer service. Well done and thank you.

Local Boots not to large but a good choice of goods. Still offering a good range of health and beauty care as well as over 40's health MOT in the old flu vaccination area. No longer offers Flu Vaccination. Crewe photo boths for printing fro mobile not always open and can be temperamental. Don't always recognise phone even if used before.

The staff are always really friendly and helpful. The pharmacist who gave me my Covid Booster was lovely and made me feel much calmer.

I whent in quite recently. I had been through throat and tounge cancer 18 months previously. All clear i may add .im not getting much support from nhs re my regular checks . But i spoke to Charlotte the pharmacist and she is so kind so caring and advised and assisted me in finding ways to help me cope with treatment fall out im cured but at price i still have at least 4 ailments from the treatment .Charlotte was so lovely and caring .the best pharmacist i have ever seen top marks boots .. thank you charlotte ..colin.
