Thompson Elphick

I am using Thomson Elphick to rectify a previous accountants mistake. Chris is dealing with my accounts and helping me to understand QB and VAT, as I have just become VAT registered. I am exceptionally impressed with Chris and the team he works with. A special mention to Annie who is dealing with my payroll and my constant phone calls. Chris is always attentive to my questions and explains everything in small details, so I don't get confused with all the VAT rates or Zero rates and everything that comes with it. Chris is very knowledgeable with everything accounts related, if he is unsure of something, he will tell me and not just give me an ill-informed response. He also will research anything he doesn’t know and advises me accordingly. I am so glad that I have been put in touch with him. I will continue to use them, should my accounts end up in order, which I am very positive that they will be. In summary, I highly recommend this company to assist with all your accounts, employee payroll or anything tax/HMRC related. I wish there were more stars to rate my experience!
