They’re amazing! Had my hair dyed for the first time ever a couple of weeks ago, Kate talked me through the whole process and I’m absolutely in love with the result. Really pleased I can get the vegan re-fillable shampoo & conditioner from here too. Had my nails done for xmas while I was in - so gorgeous. Pics of hair and nails attached!

I had the best experience today at Kate Richardson Hair, it was my first time visiting the salon today after being recommended and I’ve never felt so welcome and at ease. Both Kate and Annie were amazing, Kate gave me great advice and service from start to finish with mood boards of ideas to help identify what my likes were. Kate has done an amazing job and I absolutely love my new hair, colour and style! I would highly recommend them, it’s more than just a salon!

Kate has been cutting my hair for six years now, and I would not consider going anywhere else. Kate and her team did hair and make up for me, my bridesmaids and my mum at my wedding in October, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the results - natural and understated hair and make up that lasted all day and made us all feel fantastic, and exactly what I had wanted. Kate and her team were so professional and a pleasure to spend the morning of our wedding with. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Been having my haircut by Kate for a good few years now. I wouldnt go anywhere else. All staff so friendly and professional. Always happy with my new hair. Fantastic service all round. Also in current situations due to the pandemic Kate and her team are operated to make you feel completely safe and relaxed.

Kate did a complete restyle for me on my long hair which was wildly out of control! I love my new cut, and best of all it has kept its shape and been so easy for me to maintain.
I’d definitely recommend booking yourself in - a very covid aware salon, always a good cut and you come out feeling fabulous. Best of all, you still feel fabulous when you’ve washed and dried it yourself 😀

I have been looking for a new salon and was a little nervous after going to the same hairdresser for 25+ years. Kate immediately put me at ease, I needn't have worried, Kate is very knowledgeable and extremely professional. I had a short pixie style and new colour which I am really happy with. The Salon is extremely clean and all covid secure procedures are in place, there is even a new space offering one to one service for vulnerable clients, I felt completely safe. I hadn’t been to have my hair done in ages, I went to the luxury spot upon recommendation from my daughters. Kate was such a help, she took the time to create a personalised ‘mood board’ with hair styles and colours she believed would suit me best. This is a great little salon. Everyone is very friendly and they always do their best for you and I'm always pleased with the results. Kate has a wealth of knowledge and is always happy to discuss hair choices/issues with you. Keep going ladies you do a great job.

Started to use The Luxury Spot last year, as I had previously used a mobile hairdresser as I didn't like going to hairdressers as they are usually very clicky.
Kate was amazing, she made me feel so welcome and relaxed, she talked me through everything she was doing. My hair looked amazing after my appointment with her 💕💕

I also use the beauty services offered by Terri, again another amazing member of staff very professional and friendly 💕

They are both very accommodating around my shifts and always manage to squeeze me in. Thank you both 💕💕💕

I’ve been going to Kate for about a year now and honestly my hair has never looked and felt better. She has given me a much more manageable style which is much easier for me to maintain. She is so lovely as well, very friendly and bubbly, and really takes an interest in her clients.I also take my little girls (aged 3 and 1) to see her regularly and she makes a real fuss of them and cuts their hair so beautifully. My youngest was a bit unsure at first but she has really warmed to Kate and now loves getting her hair cut! I should also say I feel safe and ‘COVID secure’ whenever I go to see her as she takes all of the precautions very seriously. Definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Kate and the team are absolutely fantastic! I'm always unsure of what I want but thankfully kate has an infinite amount of knowledge and expertise that she will happily share. Kate is an amazing stylist who works magic, she took my tired, unhealthy hair and completely transformed it with one visit! Staff are all welcoming and friendly, when you ask what hairstyle you would like they listen & do exactly what you want. Always feel great when leaving, the staff go the extra mile for you. Head massages are amazing which makes you feel all relaxed . Even with COVID 19 they are still thinking of their customers and working around the customers to suit their needs who are slightly more vulnerable, Salon is very clean and fresh . My first visit to Katie Richardson and couldn't be more pleased with my hair. The colour and cut is great. I felt safe and secure with the staff all following covod guidelines even had my own room which was great.

I first heard about the Luxury Spot via groupon. I was desperately in need of a hair cut, but the local hairdressers I knew of were all so expensive. A friend had suggested I have a look on groupon, and lo-and-behold, a voucher came up for a small local hair dressers, 10 minutes from where i lived. That was a couple of years ago. What i experienced was the best hair treatment i have ever had, at the most convenient price i could expect (i have a LOT of work done to my hair) by a lovely lady who genuinely loves what she does.

Getting my hair done has become one of my favourite ways to treat myself. Every time i get my hair done, i walk out of the salon feeling like the most glamorous woman in the world. The amount of people i get commenting on my hair is unbelievable, even 2 - 3 weeks after I've had it done.

Not only that, but Kate offers loads of additional services, such as hair styling tips and sessions, so i can look and feel just as great at home.

Only just found this place locally and they have been. Completely amazing. Kate has a great team and helped me go from quite long hair to very short hair and loving it. Now helping me to get back to my natural colour. Can not recommend them highly enough. Superb!!!!

What Kate doesn't know about hair is not worth knowing ! Kate and the rest of the team are so bubbly and welcoming. Their COVID precautions have been second to non so you're happy to go and be spoilt. I haven't heard anyone that's been unhappy going so that says a lot.
