Holdcroft Nissan Hanley

We are very pleased with the car we purchased from Holdcroft Nissan. Being a used vehicle I could not find a better example on Auto Trader at the distance I was willing to travel. Richard was a joy to deal with from beginning to end, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. The rest of the team at Holdcroft pulled all the stops out to process the vehicle at short notice (MOT, service etc) so we could collect the vehicle at the weekend. I would highly recommend this dealership and will be using them again.

Paul Field was good. He had all of the answers, knew the car and all its whistles and bells, sent through all of the paperwork in advance. He transferred it for us, taxed it, and he gave us a decent trade in price for our old car (it was close to the price we would get on Auto Trader without the hassle.) Better than other dealerships who employ young inexperienced kids to sell their products. And we like the car, and it was reasonably priced. And it was worth travelling three hours there and three hours back!

Had a good service from Nissan, Hanley. Buying a used car, Paul was very helpful and patient, showing us various cars and all their functions. I would buy another car from here. Thanks for all your help Nissan and Paul Field

We recently purchased a Nissan quashqai hybrid automatic after test driving a few! It was a very nerve wrecking time for me having never driven anything but manual, but We were very well looked after by James at the Hanley branch. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and helped us choose the right car for our needs. I’ve since had three weeks of completely worry free driving, James even called us a few times to make sure that we were happy and reiterated that if we needed Anything to call. What a lovely dealership where they truly put their customers first! Thank you to the whole team and of course to the lovely receptionist keeping us in coffee! I recommend this branch if you’re looking for a new car, they care more about your needs than their sale. Lovely staff!

The buying process was explained clearly and at no time did I feel pressured to take any of the available options that we didn't want. This was my first EV and the used Nissan Leaf I chose was prepared to the highest standard.
