Well Pharmacy

Was a mix up with my prescription and I was in so much pain I was literally in tears a friend had collected my prescription for me but pain killers were missing I rang Wells pharmacy and they dropped it off for me.
I’m so grateful I had been asking my teenage son but he is on the spectrum and refused to go so I was looking at at least another day in agony .
I didn’t catch their name but I’m so grateful.

Very good. There has been a large turnaround of staff over the past 8 years.
They've sped up there service after taking on a new team member in the past 5 or 6 months.
The automatic repeat prescription service is great, they take it to the doctors when required and just text once its ready for collection. Meaning there's only 1 visit a month needed to collect the repeat prescription.
The staff did used to be grumpy but I believe they retired and new staff have been taken on.
It is very annoying when the drug addicts walk in for there daily fix, push in front of everyone, take the drugs from pharmacist, put in there mouth and sit on the chair then when the pharmacist looks away they take there tablet out of there mouth. They sit there a while longer then show the pharmacist that they have nothing in there mouth - what a drain on the system!! They leave the pharmacy and go score behind the back of the Pandy inn - some even chase the dragon in the bus shelters!

Under these difficult circumstances I have found the staff in the chemist to be so helpful and kind... jayne, Patricia and the pharmacists all go out of their way to make sure you have what you need.
Everytime I go in I'm not waiting long or if there is a little wait they chat to you and make you feel comfortable and basically as if your not too much trouble...I would not go to any other pharmacy for my medication

The staff are always friendly, and extremely helpful. I have never had to wait any longer than 5 minutes when picking up prescriptions.

Really help full friendly staff helped me so much with giving up smoking with out them i couldnt of done it so thanks again 😊😊😊

Not as slow as it used to be waiting for prescriptions. It's much better now & the staff are always on hand to help.

A chemist oppisit st Andrews dr surgery

Haven't been here for a while. Busy as expected but cleanliness was very poor.
Door handle was shocking.
Needs some kerb appeal in order

They don't answer the phone. I rang for over an hour but no one answered.

Seems to have gone down hill over the last month or so. Always a huge queue, always a long wait yet there seems to be lots of staff, unfortunately they always seem to be chatting to each other and not actually doing a lot the help the customers. Cleanliness not great, lots of half unpacked boxes behind the counter that always seem to be there. Will be going across the road in future.

The staff are so rude and ignorant. I was totally ignored as I stood at the counter. Rhian the manager 'chatted' to another customer who was stood behind the counter when I entered the chemist. When she left, nobody acknowledged I was there. A member of staff entered at 8.55am and Rhian again took time to chat to her. I waited a while longer and then left.

New personel started working there and it is now total chaos, empty shelves, boxes everywhere,and worst of all no repeat prescriptions ready which means a wait for up to an hour. Floor absolutely filthy. Head office needs to take immediate action or shut the failing business.
