Staff usually does not seem to be happy to be working there, very emotionless when asking for anything. Also they usually take much longer than other chemists I have gone to in the past. I speak from experience having usually been to this chemist as it is next door to the Penrhiwceiber Medical Centre since my teenage years.

I would give 0 stars if I could l.
What an unprofessional environment, people go in there because their sick or need care. I was asked if I'm alright and I said no I am not. She replied why what's wrong so I informed that it's silly to take a whole hour off and shut the shop when they could all go half at 1pm and the other another time. She became unbelievably aggressive in her stature and said arrogantly 'we are entitled to a break' I informed her yes, not all at the same time as they have a community to serve, I walked out and calls me a 'Stupid Cow' I walk back in and Inform the manager that he will be sacking her.
I will not let this rest, she nor the person they should have at the forefront of a business and is not someone who should be serving the community. If the manager or regional manager would like to contact me they may do so I raise a formal complaint against her. She seemed to think the rest of the staff would also join in with her attacks, that's a pharmacy, perhaps she's better suited to something not so customer faced.

Also you will see below they have given an email to others, that email is invalid.

Chubby, specky, blonde guy behind the counter needs a lesson in manners and customer service.
The shop was empty, I said "good morning" no acknowledgement, eye contact was non existent. All round rude and unhelpful.

Awful going against doctors recommendations won't be using these again my son has now go to suffer until I can go to another chemist
