Highly recommend Hartwell Abingdon! I brought a car from them in 2016 and then following a recent accident and having to buy another car, I knew there was nowhere else I wanted to go! They have always been helpful and this time round Josh and Chris have been amazing!! It’s not been easy with the love I had for my first car and having to buy another car unexpectedly, but they made the experience so enjoyable and went above and beyond to make sure I walked away with a car I felt comfortable with. I’ve recently brought a car from hartwell ford Abingdon and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service the sales team had. I had found the car online at another Hartwell Ford site and went into Abingdon to hopefully purchase the car, I spoke to Josh originally and he had the car ordered and delivered within just a couple of days, I then went through all the final details and paperwork with Krzysztof who then handed over the keys and sent me on my way. The boys were great and I couldn’t thank them enough for making my first experience with buying a car an easy one!

Excellent service from Josh and Aaron Parsons in Sales Department, Hartwell Abingdon, both were extremely professional and helpful and special thanks to Aaron for kindly picking us up at the Railway Station, when we collected our car.

This is my 4th fiesta I’ve bought but the first time I’ve used Abingdon Ford and it won’t be the last , I will definitely be heading back there next time I change my car ! I dealt with both Andrew and Krzysztof who were both friendly and welcoming and made the whole process smooth .

I am revising my review to reflect the actions Hartwell took to resolve the issues I experienced when I first took my car in. They responded professionally to my feedback and concerns, apologised for the initial experience and offered a resolution that was acceptable. I have since returned and the recall issue as well as the related problem have been dealt with. As an additional gesture they washed my car. If you do have concerns I recommend following up if not initially happy as the team were willing to listen.

Feb 2019 -
Hartwell Ford were 1st class, I found a nearly new used car that was already the cheapest on a nationwide search but I was really impressed with the dealer when they were open to an offer that reduced my car even further. I experienced great communication with them, their reception,the manager of the dealership along with the salesman he appointed for my business with them Mr Lewis Metcalf.

I can't fault the dealership at all, I travelled 130 miles to collect my car from the dealership and have to say it was well worth the effort.

If they continue to operate like this I will be back for more in a little over 12 months, a 1st class outfit and I was so pleased not to be charged any admin charges by the dealer - finally the price your quoted is the price you pay with no hidden fees.

I can't recommend them highly enough to you.

Great service from Chris at Abingdon Ford. Such a friendly, chilled and patient gent. The whole buying experience was excellent from doing a walkaround video to explaining the whole process end to end. Even offered to pick me up from the train station. Had very good service from Sales Executive Chris! Quite different from any sales person I have spoken with before which made for quite a fun change. Whole sale process was pretty straight forward and overall I am highly satisfied with my new car. Had a nice warm welcome from the team when I arrived and Chris went the extra mile for me with my 3.5hr drive back home. Very pleased!

Josh is an absolute credit to this garage. After being messed around by my local Ford garage, I contacted Josh at Abingdon Ford and he sorted my dream car and spec within 48hrs. He arranged a prompt collection of it, made the handover so easy and was just a pleasure to deal with. We recently purchased a Custom Transit Sport through Hartwell The service from Gianluca, Kevin and the rest of the team was first class from purchasing to collection. Collecting the vehicle was a great customer experience, everyone at Hartwell was very friendly and helpful, the new vehicle was immaculately presented and no hassle on the part exchange.
