My most recent visit to this store was amazing! I was shopping for relatives and was confused on what to buy. A lovely member of staff, Peter, helped me find everything i was looking for and was super helpful. Will definetly continue to shop here!

A fantastic store with such a variety and choices! There’s ample parking spaces and two hours are free parking.
The store has lot to offer and some counter services that are not available in some other stores. For instance Deli Counter and self serving Coffee Beans grinding and serving ourselves.
The place is inviting and is kept immaculately clean with efficient and helpful staffs.

I had an overwhelmingly positive experience at this branch of waitrose. The till operative (with pink hair) was very very helpful, warm and assisting and even helped me take my bags to the car, they were very strong! I will definately be back soon.

Another place where you can buy food to cook and eat or just eat without cooking it. Some food you have to cook or it will make you poorly. Other things are not food and eating it will make you poorly or not depending on what you have swallowed.

Well laid out store with friendly staff. Great cafe.

Jad excellent range of produce. Staff were helpful and pleasant. All wheelchair accessible . With accessible toilet. Nice cafe, where serve nice selection of foodstuffs, hot and cold.

I like being able to get a drink after shopping. However the gents toilets are disgusting they smell terrible because there's an air flush in there and none of the cleaners put bleach down there to get rid of the smell really turns your

It's not the same shop it was in the 90's where it was the only place you could get certain foods... But the expensive price is still reflected in the quality of the food! The fish counter doesn't seem as full as it used to, but what is there is very fresh and beautiful, not to mention tasty!

They even have separate Frozen section for Gluten Free frozen products! Can you imagine it? :D

Staff are always friendly and helpful. For a relatively small store they do manage to cram a good selection in. Can easily do your weekly/monthly shop there.

Self-scan tills always work reliably, unlike another big competitor.

Crazy selection of coffee pods if you have a pod machine.

Excellent store - high quality service, good choice of food. Store laid out logically and easy to navigate.

Essential Waitrose products are in line with other own brand products for us mere mortals, and are of better quality in my opinion, whilst high end products are there for those with money to burn.

Well adapted and smooth running during pandemic. No one ever flustered or losing their cool. Perfect service. *****

Great variety of food options seafood and mest

We often shop at Waitrose. Today I popped in to pick up a John Lewis parcel. Turns out it wasn't there, but the lady on the customer service desk was very kind and gave me some free flowers. Made my day! 🌷😊

Excellent store, very good size for one in a town centre. Staff are polite and helpful without exception. Very good charging point for electric vehicle drivers too. The charging points make it my number 1 supermarket to visit.

Clean, always well stocked and organised. Deli counters are great, and all the staff throughout the store are friendly and helpful

Plenty of parking space. One way system operating into & out of the store. Lots of really good offers in store. Good spacing in the aisles and sanitising stations available at different places in the store. Straightforward to queue for payment and queueing was thoughtfully managed.

Nice average size store. Freindly staff. Re fill area for rice / pasta etc. Toilets clean
