Staff always are nearby to help. Store is clean and tidy even though some dogs have accidents, the staff always promptly clean up with no smells. Great variety of food with good knowledge and specialist members who've taken courses in nutrition. Fab new Step Up To Naturals range for dogs with dodgy tummies (ours is one of those) with good ingredients, non of this 'meat and animal derivatives' nonsense. Sometimes on BOGOHP. You can actually see pieces of fish, whole peas and chunks of sweet potatoes. Good hypoallergenic ranges which they've tried to put in one place but would be nice for a whole hypoallergenic range that covers food, treats and dental sticks etc to save looking at everything. Very good deals, especially when you join the VIP scheme.

Good shop went in for fish difficult as currently not allowed near tanks to see fish you want and you can't chose the individual fish but overall good experience.

Great place my dog always loves it in here if he had his way he would buy all the toys and food in here 😁 the staff are always friendly and happy to help in anyway they can.

Used the dog grooming service and Cat was polite, professional and attentive to our little schnauzer. Highly recommend if you can afford it.

Being a beginner with aquariums, I walked in nervous about getting my first fish. Lewis was incredibly helpful with every aspect of fishkeeping. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be be returning for any of my aquarium needs.

Clean, tidy shop. Professional and knowledge staff. The lady we spoke to regarding fish products and adding more fish to our tank was so helpful and knew exactly what to say etc to make us choose the right product for us. Helpful but not pushy sales. Well stocked and animals looks cared for.

Wonderfully friendly and knowledgable staff each time I've been in. Popped in to pick up a couple of Corydoras fish and the staff member was sure to check all the animal safeguarding boxes, which was good to see.
I also needed to pick up some cat toys, which I unfortunately couldn't find, which struck me as off, but I got the litter tray :)

What a lovely store .Pets at home sell a wide range of all animal products its amazing . If you need any advice on food or animal care the staff are always available to help and so knowledgeable. They also have a reasonably priced groomers and a vets practice so its an all in one place for your pets . You can also bring your pets along with you . Thank you Pets at Home . Well done

Vets4Pets took good care of Meatball for his first vaccinations and pedicure.

Attended the vets on this visit. The vet (Tasha) was fantastic and receptionist was very helpful. Both were friendly and provided masks etc so we could receive injection training in an examination room. The shop was well stocked so we could get everything we needed

Amazing service made us very happy and brought a genuine smile to our faces! We Facebook messaged the store about availability of hamsters, they got back to us within minutes, in a very lovely manner! They then went the extra mile and messaged us the next day to let us know hamsters would be available the next day and what time too. Couldn’t be more satisfied!

Always such a pleasure to visit and purchase cat food after visiting the vet and collecting monthly flea/worm medication for our cats in the same building. We always spend time with the rabbits and often buy fish accessories. How fortunate to have a dedicated pet shop not too far from our home.

Even though Tesco haven't had mealworms for our Robin and Bluetits for nearly 2 months, Pets at Home did!
The young lady was very friendly and helpful too! I liked this shop!
