Staff are very welcoming & knowledgeable whilst the cost each
month for membership is far less than other gyms in the locality. Plenty of equipment and areas to train for all levels of fitness. All round cracking gym. 5 stars.

Whoever was in charge of tunes this evening needs a pay rise 👌.

Great gym with friendly staff who are happy to help show you around or even a new workout or two.

Newbie to this gym and I'm loving it. Lots of machines, staff available should you need them . My only !!! Criticism is there is no designated area in which to stretch etc. I've chosen areas I've "assumed" is out if the way but!! Only to have people step around me???? Like I shouldn't be there . Spoiler!

Great gym for beginners, or hardcore fanatics!
With a wide range of classes (included with your membership, visitors must pay a fee) and helpful staff, it's a great environment to exercise to your heart's content.
Plus the sauna at the end of a session really helps!

Love it in this gym, small but has everything you need to grow!

Limited weights if your on a leg day be sure that youll get some looks when you have to hog all the plates in the gym

What a gym!

Live and work in and around Cardiff & Bristol so use different gyms to train. Was sent west to work for a few days so looked for somewhere to train once I'd finished work. Came across Evolution; awesome. No weights room I've used had come close so far. The place was bouncing in all fairness.

Can't wait to go back.

This gym has everything you need. Personal trainers, instructor led classes, free weights, cardio equipment and much more. All in an easily accessible setting. Highly recommended

Absolutely cracking gym, I've been to a lot of gyms from my travels and this is way up there with the best. Very good s and c room with public access most of the time but check when there are classes on.
