Dave is a diamond, yet again he has got me out of trouble with his expert analysis and advice.
Following his advice the replacement part was obtained, delivered overnight and he repaired the laptop so quickly (within 24 hours) and very reasonably priced as well.I have always found Dave to offer me excellent service and value for money but on this occasion it was exceptional. It's nice to deal with a company who you can trust and not rip you off.

Fixed a software issue very quickly and also had our laptop upgraded with an SSD hard drive for a great price. This saved us a lot of money as we were considering buying a new one due the laptop geniunly getting slower. Would highly recommend a visit here if you need a repair, upgrade or just some advice.

I was working from home and realized I left my laptop charger at the office, went to Curry's and found out they open at 10am on a weekday, called these guys (referred by Kennedy's in Rubery) and I called them had 1 in stock. Went to the shop had great service met the owners 2 dogs and got the charger. Will be back again to use other services for sure. I should have checked local.businesses first before thinking to have gone to Currys. Great Service.

Initially, I visited this shop to buy a new desktop computer to run the latest version of Linux Mint on. After discussing my needs and what I wanted it for and being advised of the high price of RAM in particular these days, I was advised to go for a renovated desktop instead. It is in good condition and runs adequately for my needs (photo editing using GIMP).
It's a rare thing to actually be down-sold instead of up-sold. My thanks for that.

I have used Genesis for my computer problems since relocating from Stafford to Birmingham 18 months ago. Have taken tablets and laptop and have found the repairs, adjustments and turn around times to be very satisfactory and the proprietor,technician to be pleasant, obliging and takes the time to explain, in simple terms, they reasons for work required. The charges he had levied have been reasonable and on a couple of occasions were it has been, as a result of my amateurish messing, possible to make an adjustment while I waited, no charge has been made. I have recommended Genesis to a few friends who have reported that the same service and satisfaction that I have experienced. When the time comes for a replacement lap top I shall be calling on Genesis to see if they can provide me with a pre owned device from among the good selection he has in stock.

I had sticky keys on my laptop and took it to Genesis. They did it straight away but unfortunately the new keyboard was giving me the same problems on the space bar and after 3 months a lot of the keys started to stick. I called them and they were so understanding and actually cared about my problem. They ordered a new keyboard for me and said that as it was out of the guarantee time they will cover the cost....NO WAY....the way they dealt with the situation I paid for the new keyboard myself because I wanted to. I would ALWAYS go to Genesis for my IT problems. They are great but most of all, THEY CARE.

Advise free when it's a simple fix.

Fantastic service, friendly and helpful. No charge to look at laptop to see whether it can be repaired and very reasonable rates for work. Have been there three times and can highly recommend it.

I got my laptop's keyboard replaced here and it works perfectly. The guy running the shop was very pleasant and the price was good considering I imagine it is quite an awkward job.

brilliant work broke my works laptop screen took it to genesis, screen repaired back up and working in 45 minutes. Work IT department estimated a week!
