The new lady at this shop is lovely however i have been in this shop a good 40 times and the man has never bothered to even speak to me as hes always on his phone chatting away. No point saying hello or thank you as he will just ignore you. Gona use one of the other 2 shops from now on. Also why are cigarettes even more expensive in there?

Been a regular for 2 years, dealt with mouldy food, expired milk, and manufacture defects, but the final straw is being over charged yet again, for what is over the 10th time. A 10% mark up on already overpriced goods, for someone who comes in every day or two? Take my word for it, there's another shop 3 doors down that does the same thing, better, and fairer, if you can handle the slightly more limited inventory. You'd think loyalty would stop the stealing, but the one member of staff always takes liberties. The other older guy is always fair, as is the lady they recently hired, but if the younger guy is there, make sure you're counting the cost, and checking your change. Also, it's not even actually owned by spar, which is why they're understaffed, and selling out of date goods on discount. Utilising the brand name to trick you into trusting them I suppose.

Edit: 7 months later, end up going in because it's late and the ever so wonderful, TSM closes at 8pm, and the newest hire (started 19th July 2022) can't be bothered to take his headphones out of his ears to listen to you. When he finally does, he still doesn't hear you, and then wastes your time telling you nonsense. I haven't saw the younger guy I said sucked before in a while, so maybe he's been dropped, but he's been replaced by a substantially worse individual. There's a second lady now who is very sweet, though I think the one before was only there for a few weeks unfortunately, as she hasn't been around in a while. The evening cleaning guy is a good guy too. I should also add that they've had no stock for 3-4 weeks, because of upcoming renovations, (that I hope include a functional refrigerator) that they somehow haven't yet even started on. But it's fine, if you want your £11.50+ cigarettes (rip off, I know), then you'll be able to get those, so long as you have a beard, a tie on, or are young enough to bother carrying your ID with you.

Not good very high prices I won't be going there again first and last time. Improve your prices or you won't get any Loyal customers to go back to your shop

Messy and unprofessional. Often closed when it's meant to be open.
