Cannot fault the care and attention from the team - went over and above on a Saturday emergency appointment to ensure our cat was treated. They were very fair with the charges (much better than our previous Vet). Highly recommended.

Very good practice, friendly staff, always happy to see animals, my dog thinks it's a trip out to see friends, no fuss about going to see the medivet team at all. He didn't notice his jabs. A professional, competent team, with fast and complete service and a clean, tidy premises.

Could not fault the care and expertise of Paula and the team. My cat had a serious accident and Paula looked after him with so much care and even taking the stress of claiming the insurance from us as well. We were regularly informed and the after care has been fantastic. We cannot thank them enough for looking after Cookie. Thanks again from the Sweet family

We have 4 dogs and 2 cats and medivet is amazing with them all. They are curtious, and accommodating The costs are the best in the area I have found. The position on the main town road is difficult with 4 dogs and can get busy, but other than that I am very pleased with this practice and the staff

I went to several places in the area with an injured pigeon, he’d sat outside our flat inside the block with a broken, bloody wing and I’d taken him in overnight. Unfortunately, due to Aviation flu, we couldn’t keep him as we have a budgie and couldn’t risk our budgie being in danger, otherwise I would have reared him back to health. I rang Green Acres Rescue who were awful and told me to take it to a nearby vets as they refuse to take it. I drove around to vets, the first one being the Fentons in Pembroke Dock, they were also bad. I told them I had a pigeon with a broken wing and I knew most likely he’d be put down but I didn’t want to HEAR it, I just wanted them to take him and do the best they could, give him the best care possible. The woman at reception told me “well you clearly know it’ll be put down and there’s no point beating round the bush. It’s the best thing for it”.. I asked her to please not say it because I already knew, I have a lot of experience with birds and animals in general and although I knew it was the kindest thing with there being no bird sanctuaries nearby, I just didn’t want to hear it out loud for personal reasons (PTSD). She continued telling me like she was telling me to grow up and it really upset me. They told me they didn’t even have a vet so couldn’t kill it and told me to go to Medivet. I found Medivet in Pembroke and omg, I couldn’t have felt more understood and comfortable. The lady at the desk was so so wonderful, I explained what had happened and I understood with bird flu if they couldn’t take him but please not to mention him being put down as I knew it was most likely to happen with my experience with animals. She told me not to worry at all and gently took the box from me and thanked me for taking the pigeon in and taking care of it. She told me he was in safe hands and to not worry and she even asked if I wanted my box and towel back which I said no to but was shocked she even took that into consideration considering the circumstances! I was really grateful and nearly cried at how lovely and understanding she was. I’m considering changing our vets to Medivet now! I’m beyond grateful and touched by their kindness, thank you so so much. I hope the pigeon is okay and was given the best care, even though he was most likely put down to prevent him from being in pain. He’d obviously been attacked and I just wanted the best for him so thank you for taking him in. I’m shocked nobody recommends Medivet to me, I’ve heard do the others but they’ve all been rubbish. I was even told that Green Acres Rescue took ALL animals and would even take the pigeon hundreds of miles if it meant he would be saved and helped, but after an hour on hold to the place, they told me no!!! So I 100000% recommend Medivet!!! They were the ONLY place that took him in and the ONLY place that was so friendly and loving. You can tell they LOVE their animals and YES, they took more animals than the other places!! THANK YOU MEDIVET!

Local chain but very good service run by friendly and professional staff. Very well priced for the quality you get, with an optional monthly payment plan - a something I have seen nowhere else. When booking no additional appointment fee as all prices included in service, including follow-ups. Highly recommend!

I have always used Kingston Vets for all our family pets for many years :-) Recently our dog of 8 years become very poorly and weak. I called the Milford Haven practice as they opened at 8.30am they said to bring her straight down - they vet took a look at her and ran through everything but wanted us to have blood tests to be sure of the issue. They asked me to go straight away to their Pembroke practice which i did. When i got their a new vet was waiting and took Rosie straight for her blood tests - the vet came out and explained the results would be back in an hour but they wanted to keep Rosie with them and start to infuse fluids. Within the hour i had the results and a plan of action of treatment within 4 days Rosie was back to fighting fit. They kept in touch with me twice daily to update me on Rosie progress and filled in the insure forms for me which was a big help. After Rosie returned home she needed a special diet - i ran out of the food at one point but did not realise until 5pm - i called the vets and one of the reception ladies dropped the food to my house on their way home from work. Now this is what i would call going to the extra mile in customer service. I would highly recommend Kingston Vets to everyone. Rosie is also part of their healthy pet club which i find very useful especially with the reminders for the flea and work treatment. Thank you Charlotte, Jayne & all staff for many years of help and support.

Very happy with the service from the vets, couldn't fault the care and concern when I came in with my foster dog, who'd injured himself while we were on holiday in the area.
Wish we lived closer so we could use them regularly.
