New Inn House

I have stayed here a few times over the years with family and friends and I have never been let down. Hosts are fabulous and nothing is ever too much for them. Both Sue and Nick are on hand to offer advise and guidance on local attractions, places to eat/drink, and beautiful countryside walks with views that are breath taking.
The house itself and the grounds are beautiful, really feel like your abroad when staying here.
Would definitely recommend and look forward to our annual visit soon.

We stayed here for a week at the end of July / start of August. 5 Adults and 3 Children. Over all a very good experience. The pool and outside area were lovely, the inside mainly farmhouse style inside. New bathrooms in the upstairs but the downstairs one was looking a bit tired.
We had some issues with the WiFi (god forbid with kids about!) bit was fixed in 36 hours. Other than the owner popping into the garden sometimes unannounced it was very private.
All in all a good base for a larger group / family to explore the area.

Perfect. From the moment we booked this the whole experience was perfect. The booking process was so easy and they owners explained everything in great detail before we arrived which led to a seamless holiday experience. We decided to book the house for a family reunion as most of our family live in different parts of the country, 10 of us in total.
As soon as you walk in the front door it is clear to see how clean the whole place is which is a huge factor for me. 5 bedrooms with two huge master bedrooms and en suite brand new bathrooms, which i must say i was overwhelmed with. The dining room was beautiful and catered to all our needs. Unfortunately the owners did tell us that the pool was closed for the winter, but i really wanted to jump in as it looked incredible. I am definitely going to book this for the summer months as it really did look amazing. I cannot express how happy i was with NEW INN house and i have already enquired about booking it for July next year!!

What a fabulous place!! Lovely heated pool and a huge garden great for the dogs to run around. Located in peaceful area the perfect get away. Owners couldn't have been more helpful, super friendly and always on hand should we need them. Would recommend and can't wait to book again.

What a great place to stay for a family weekend trip. There is everything you need to keep a family of mixed ages entertained inside and out. It’s location is perfect for visiting Warwick, Stratford-Upon-Avon and the Cotswolds. Don’t forget to visit Sudeley Castle & Gardens. Unforgettable!

The good:

Lovely outdoor space with lots of games

Bathrooms are newly redecorated

Downstairs space is good with large kitchen, dining area and lounge.

Owner prompt in responding to issues during stay

All areas clean and tidy

The Bad

Smell in ensuite for first 24 hours made it very unpleasant - owner attended to resolve, smell was better after

Light bulb to landing exploded leaving shards of glass in carpet and no lights to most upstairs areas. Difficult to clean in the dark and dangerous especially with young children. Owner responded next morning when informed and got lights back on, although didnt appear surprised about this happening - maybe ongoing issue given age of installation

No cold water to upstairs bath for 24 hours although this did seem to resolve itself overnight

Washing powder stuck to sheets to upstairs bedroom. Owner apologised and changed next day. But this made for a disturbed nights sleep.

Kitchen, lounge and bedrooms are all dated, despite claims that they are all newly decorated. Carpets are new.

We were charged £85 for three nights fuel and electricity which if pro rotad over a full year suggests the owner has annual bills of over £10,000 which seems highly unlikely.

I had a spectacularly great holiday here. Great company, fab facilities, plenty for the kids to do & good weather.
But sadly, the owners held on to our deposit for a full 6 weeks after the hol! They never responded to emails about it when chased. They were so kind & helpful when we were there. So it was really unexpected. And frankly, not acceptable in this day and age. It's left a bitter taste. Such a pity.

Watch out for the extra fees!

PLEASE read before booking and AVOID!
Lots of hidden extra charges - £300 for us to have the pool open, £85 for fuel and electricity.
House is very dirty and the landlords try and retain the deposit for their dirty sheets and carrying out basic cleaning tasks.
They expect you to take all rubbish away with you.
Owners are quick with responses when they want money but otherwise very slow and INCREDIBLY rude.
We left items behind and they were left in a bin bag for us to collect from a dirty bin and a pair of headphones were left in a CRUMBY and USED sandwich bag.
Genuinely the worst customer experience of my life these people deserve NOTHING.

MUCH BETTER PROPERTIES IN THE AREA ..Stayed at this property this month and for the first time ever i feel i have to leave a review to give everyone the heads up ..VERY DISAPOINTING.. on arrival we were so shocked how much the stay had cost us for just over 2 days for how very dated it was ..we had veiwed some really beautiful properties and felt so let down ..the property is very 70s with alot of updating needed ..the beds were litreley the most cheap uncomfortable beds and pillows we had ever slept on ..we had to go and purchase new ones ..The lounge sofas have throws to hide how worn and dated they were we were also charged 83 pounds for fuel for 2 days ..astonishing as were were out both days and we were promised the arga and it didnt work and didnt get the pool either ..the pool table is not full sized and is so hard to move around ..limited space ..also the outdoor bats ..some were broken ..on the morning you leave you have to be out for 10oclock as the cleaners will come in the property dead on 10am ..rude ..to top off an aweful stay the owners then asked us to take all our recycling with us in our car as they refuse to pay the charge for a recycling bin for the property ...we was mortified ..so please be prepared to put all you rubbish in your car along with you lovely weekend clothes ..unbelievable .We felt sad that some of the money Mr Dalby charges wasnt put back into updating the property .just a heads up as i said ...
