Carl and his fitter George were amazing. Carl was upfront about costs and brought some great samples. Even showed us a vinyl sample which would save us a bit of money.
George the fitter has done an incredible job and we're over the moon with our new carpets and vinyl. Couldn't recommend the team highly enough.

I had marmoleum fitted in my bathroom and City Carpets did a great job. I particularly wanted marmoleum as it is so much more environmentally friendly than vinyl, but it was difficult to find a company to fit it. Fortunately City Carpets said they could - I bought the marmoleum (from Remland Carpets), and they fitted it. It looks just great - very pleased with the service.

Since living in my flat I’ve had Carl or one of his team fit my carpets in my bedroom and hallway, lovely people and my carpets look amazing🤩 would definitely recommend!!

Carl is so incredibly helpful and put up with me taking my time to make initial decisions. Once the order was placed we agreed a date in the future after our decorator had visited and Carl stuck to his word and came on the day arranged. Carl and George worked quickly and efficiently. They left no mess and the carpets are of the highest quality and laid perfectly. They are lovely people too and are a pleasure to have in your home. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone and will be using for all our carpet needs in the future.

Asked for a quote from City Carpets who sent round a carpet surveyor. The price was good value for money so we went with them. The fitter then arrived on time, was polite, unobtrusive and worked diligently. The fit was done superbly and the wife and I are both very pleased with both the outcome and price. Would definitely recommend.

Very impressed with the service provided by Carl & George. They have recently laid carpets in all bedrooms, landing & stairs, which has transformed the upstairs. They recommended a mat in the small hallway, which has worked out really well, and Carl even liaised with the window fitter making sure the new front door would clear it. They also laid vinyl through the kitchen, lobby and downstairs bathroom which looks great, and was fitted very neatly around door frames and bathroom fittings. Upstairs and downstairs were fitted at different times to accommodate our needs, which was much appreciated. Can't recommend these guys enough for standard of workmanship and professional approach

Great guys , from start to finish, I was really happy with the friendly and efficient service that they gave me . From Carl arriving to measure up and advise me on what to go for , and to George doing a superb job on the fitting , it didn’t take long to fit , but George was very efficient . A job well done 👍

My landlord decided to change my carpets after they was damaged. I had dark carpet and for some reason my landlord changed my carpets for a very light grey carpet.

I got in contact with the carpet company to see if they new why the new carpets was such a light colour.

They respond with, this is the colour your landlord requested, if you are not satisfied. Then we can get in contact with your landlord and Change it to a darker colour. With your landlords approval.

1 week later, I had a phone call from this company. They said they will be very happy to charge my carpets, and that is exactly what they did.

They changed all of my carpets, totally free of charge....
I was very, very happy with this outcome.

It was really nice to see a company go the extra mile to keep their customers happy.

I would genuinely recommend this company, they provide good quality carpet, excellent customer care and also very clear and tidy.
