We met Kelley and Kim back in Oct 2019. We just had one single week in London to address all renovation works we intended to do: decide on how the new kitchen would look like and several other works to be performed as the house was rented out for some years.
The main works were in the kitchen and lounge: a new kitchen fitted far more functional than the original one with loads of additional space, some new appliances and a full new floor all over the lower floor of the house.
Kelley perfectly understood what we wanted, presented us the different options, helped us with the kitchen vendors to take all decisions, issued the proposal and we closed the deal during that week. Extremely effective, extremely professional.
The next step was the execution. it all went so smooth. We were aware of every step via an app where we followed all works daily and we also created an WhatsApp group so we exchanged information. On the date agreed to have all finished ... it was all finished ! Zero hassle, zero problems. And looks beautiful !

James and Karen are very easy to deal with. The guys who fitted my kitchen and bathroom, at short notice, were all pleasant and friendly; they came when they said they would and did what they said they would.

We used Refresh Renovations Surrey in 2019. We had been looking for a builder/ renovator for six months prior to finding Refresh and struggled to find anyone that would recommend their builder.

We found Refresh Renovations online and were directed to our local team in Surrey. From the moment we met Kelley and Kim we could see how organised and professional they were. They were excellent at listening to what we wanted and providing suggestions and advice to develop our ideas.

Kelley and Kim had some excellent thoughts and tips that we would never have thought of to allow the project to be finished to a very high standard. They provided quotes in a timely manner and supported us when we went to visit showrooms.

The team worked on site for just over two months and have completely renovated our whole home. It now has a contemporary feel and is constantly complemented by visitors.

The team worked hard every day to make our dream home a reality. Throughout the whole project the team had a real eye for detail and the finish is absolutely superb. During the project we had builders, decorators, electricians and plumbers on site. Every member of the team was so friendly and helpful and it was so clear that they all wanted us to be completely satisfied with the project.

We could not be more delighted with our new bathroom - it is absolutely beautiful! Having had bad experiences in the past with builders, we were really nervous about embarking on another home improvement project but we are so glad that we chose Refresh Renovations.

Kelley and her team did a great job on a garage conversion for me. I appreciated how responsive Kelley was to questions and comments. Kim and his team were really thoughtful about the impact the works could have while they were going on and produced a very high quality finish. Overall, worth the price for a hassle free experience and no hidden costs.

I used Refresh to completely redecorate the ground floor including: large open plan living area, kitchen, office and utility room. The job involved re-tiling the whole area and painting some walls and wallpapering. As well as skirting boards and finishing: grouting/sealing etc.

It truly is a fully managed service right down to prep work, removal of waste (including all the tiles), and even help/advice with choosing the right tiles and even colour scheme. The quality of the finish was outstanding; each of the workers were quick, clean and very professional.

The pricing was very honest given the level of service, with no hidden costs. I would thoroughly recommend for anyone wanting a high quality finish, and a hassle-free experience.

I’ve had bad experiences in the past with shoddy work and poor customer service, but Refresh has changed my perception, and restored my faith. I asked for several bespoke features that the team designed and implemented. The high level of craftsmanship blew me away, and time was always allocated to designing and investigating each bespoke element to make sure I had all of the options with the latest materials and techniques. They were also keen to discuss environmental considerations with each choice.

Professional, organised, efficient, trustworthy (we just gave them a key and let them get on with it) and genuinely pleasant, helpful people to have do major work for you. They listen to you, work out solutions to turn your dream into reality (no matter how problematic) and provide excellent value for money.
First-rate project management - getting plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, tilers and plasterers lined up to come in on time one after the other, they turned our worn-out, antiquated and quirky bathroom into something fit for a luxury hotel, more or less within the relatively short timescale quoted.

Kelley Malcher, Franchise Manage of Aubree, proved to be the perfect choice for me when I decided to have my en suite refurbished. As always in any type of building work, there were one or two hiccups but Kelley dealt with them efficiently and promptly. She is dependable and constantly checks with you throughout the process. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I am very pleased with the quality of the workmanship, project management, price paid and the overall experience for installation an en-suite W/C. Highly recommended.

I can’t recommend Refresh Renovations highly enough to complete your home renovation. They kept me updated, were honest about costs and timescales and had amazing attention to detail. Very impressed.

We hired Aubree Ltd to build an extension to house a new kitchen and to convert our existing galley kitchen into a bathroom. We chose the company because of a personal recommendation and the seemingly brilliant reviews and promises made online, but far from fulfilling any of those promises, the company totally mismanaged the project on every level, provided us with rogue traders and inefficient project managers, did not carry out quality controls, failed to pay attention to detail, and left us with appalling outcomes, described by other professionals as, “the worst brickwork and the worst bathroom anyone had ever seen” and “cans of worms” to undo. The kitchen was fitted badly, even the second time around, with the floor bubbling up and no cabinets or doors being level. Careless subcontractors damaged our new washer/dryer and our mirrored bathroom cabinet. Most of the interior work had to be redone, but is still not of quality. The whole five and a half months construction and installation experience was a nightmare as the service was atrocious in its lack of care, lack of skill and lack of attention to detail, which caused us enormous stress. Virtually everything they touched was botched and will take tens of thousands of pounds to rectify. We have dismissed this company as we could not endure their conduct one day longer. Be warned. Do not go near this company. We would give them no star, if that were possible.

Extremely disappointing experience with Kelley Malcher and her workers. The quality of the workmanship was amateur at best and generally very poor. Some of the poor workmanship was redone, but some things could not be fixed and now we have to live with them. Her workers did not see anything wrong with putting broken tiles on the wall behind the door and changing the tiles only after it was pointed out. They were leaving the dirt and mess all over the house, saying they will clean it when they completely finish the bathroom. They made the dents in the walls when carrying things upstairs. Everything was late and we did not know when it would be finished. Etc, etc... When I complained about the quality of the work, attitude and untidiness of her workers, she got annoyed with me and just said "what do you want me to do now?". For the inconvenience Kelly gave us a derisory discount of 2% of the total bill. Only our choice of high quality materials prevents this from being a complete disaster.
