My husband and I stopped by to have lunch yesterday. It was his first time. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and we all enjoyed a glass of Prosecco alongside our lunch. The cost was astonishingly reasonable. They have recently introduced an entirely new menu.
The chicken was amazing. Additionally, the ham hock was delicious and delightful, although I couldn't consume the entire dish. Without a doubt, we will return and enthusiastically recommend it.Five-star rating!

The food and the actual pub was really excellent but what stood out was the service.

Our young server, Sam, was super friendly and also very helpful!

We celebrated our anniversary at Drumming Snipe, and it was truly delightful! The staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in. The food was simply delicious, each dish bursting with flavor and beautifully presented, great range of wine and nicely handcrafted cocktails. The atmosphere was perfect for a romantic evening, with just the right blend of coziness and elegance. We couldn't have asked for a better way to mark our special occasion. Highly recommend!

This restaurant provided a top-notch evening, perfect for our belated Mother’s Day celebration. The food was exceptional, starting with the delicious oysters and continuing with the gurnard and plaice dishes. The margaritas, especially the spicy coconut one, were amazing and a must-try. The service surpassed expectations, with attentive staff who were knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. Ryan and Poppy stood out as true gems, making our evening truly memorable. Thank you to the entire team for an outstanding experience.

My mother and I found this restaurant by accident after a traffic diversion took us past, and I was starving after a long day at work. It was an absolute delight. The food was wonderful! Best fish and chips I’ve ever had! the ambience welcoming and comfortable and the service fantastic- friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We were only stopping for a quick bite, but had a really lovely time there. I fully recommend visiting and will certainly be back soon. From Frank

We had the most amazing Christmas meal. From start to finish the food and the service was brilliant.

The staff were so attentive and friendly and they made us feel so welcome.

They couldn’t have done anything more to make our Christmas special.

The variety of food on offer was great. As a vegetarian I struggle to find food that is tasty and different but from the starters to the puddings, I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

I really love this place.
The atmosphere is cozy, all staffs are so nice and kind, they are always smiling and foods are awesome! Their menus are amazingly creative. I try ox tongue as a starter and rabbit leg as a main dish.
I promise to be a regular customer. I am willing to recommend this restaurant to my friends. 🤗

Excellent food & friendly staff.. I would highly recommend & will definitely return. We had set menu (came with glass of processco).. very fairly priced menu. Lovely garden & heated conservatory.

This was our first visit to your pub with friends for Sunday Roast, certainly will not be our last. The food was delicious, the atmosphere is exactly what you want from your local, but the real impression was how friendly the staff were, even on a busy day. In particular Poppy, our server made our time enjoyable and never made us feel rushed. She is a great representative of your restaurant, and makes us want to return!

Absolutely fantastic, from the food to the staff. A truly lovely menu, great to see such a variety of game on offer. This is a place where the staff really care, a real credit to the pub. A hidden Gem in Surrey, I will most certainly be coming back!

Popped in for a quick lunch that turned into a longer lunch! Hadn’t been to The Drumming Snipe before but thought we’d try it on the recommendation of a close friend. Food was great and the service was exceptional. Marina looked after us and she was absolutelt lovely. Lots of decent pubs about these days but good service really elevates things.

We chose to come here for our anniversary as we had had such a lovely time for my birthday back in January, so happy we did!! The atmosphere was so lovely, cosy and warm on a very autumnal day. Service was beautiful, all the staff were incredibly warm, polite, professional and attentive. The food was amazing! As a vegetarian it’s really hard to find somewhere that really makes an effort to make vegetarian food a little bit special and sophisticated. We were also given a really special little sweet treat to celebrate! Thank you!

I enjoyed a beautiful, tender flat iron steak with Diane sauce; delicious. The surroundings here are fabulous with opulent button back seating and cosy areas to sit in. 10/10

Booked last minute for a 70th birthday with 9 guests. The food, the service and particularly the staff were first rate. We all had a fabulous time, were unhurried and a great memory created.

Beautiful decoration and fancy pub, we have tried the Sunday roast and it was amazing, the staff is very kind and attentive. We will come back soon.
