My partner Andrew had got his car stuck fast in heavy mud at West Molesey cemetery as he was tending to my son’s grave. I contacted Lawrence at Surrey Recovery and he got to Andrew really quickly and got him out. Lawrence was amazing and so helpful and professional what a top guy we couldn’t recommend his company enough. Will be telling all our friends about Surrey Recovery and their wonderful business. Great service from Surrey Recovery. Josh recovered my vehicle within half an hour and helped me to check the fault ahead of transporting my car to a local garage. There were no hidden costs, and he made a very stressful start to the day a lot easier by being as helpful as he was.

The driver (Antag) was so kind and friendly he made the whole experience much more pleasent he is a fantastic face of the company and I recommend using Surrey Recovery if you are ever stranded! Lawrence was amazing when we needed our car recovered. He was helpful and informative when we first phoned him and we agreed a time to meet at the crash site later in the day.
He arrived on time and managed to recover our car, taking care not to damage it further before taking it to our house. He clearly knows his stuff.
The quote he gave us over the phone was accurate. He’s a nice guy and very helpful. If we’re unlucky enough to ever need a car recovered again Lawrence will be the first person we call.

Highly recommend. Due to a complex breakdown my car had already been recovered multiple times in a matter of days by my breakdown cover provider, warranty company etc, every time proving to be a nightmare. Needing my car to be moved once more between garages asap I decided to save the hassle of dealing with those companies and call someone local. Wish I had called Surrey Recovery from the very start and would do so from now on. They understood exactly what I needed, arrived exactly when they said they would and Dan the recovery driver was great. Can’t ask for more!

Highly recommended!! I needed urgent help following a tyre blow out. After a quick Google search I found Surrey Recovery. Lawrence answered the call promptly and provided me with a very reasonable verbal quote and sent Dan (I think) with a low loader. He arrived spot on time and with no fuss had the car loaded up and on our way to the tyre place a few miles away. I paid the agreed amount and he was off.

After suffering a damaged wheel and burst tyre whilst on the road in Guildford, I initially called RAC hoping to rely on my policy with them. They informed me I was not covered for such an incident and quoted me a huge price to recover my car to just a few miles away, with an estimated wait Time of around 5 hours. I called Surrey Recovery, who were there within half and hour and at half the cost. Reliable, communicative team. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone needing a recovery.

A superb service by Surrey Recovery.
I was unfortunate enough to get stranded on a flooded road and had been let down by several recovery companies that did not even answer their phone. I spoke to Lawrence at Surrey Recovery and after being very helpful on the phone, he dispatched Ian to my location.

Ian was the epitome of service, recovering my van in very tricky conditions. A true professional.

In all honesty, I hope I never need their services again but if it happens, Surrey Recovery will be my first call. Thank you Lawrence and Ian.

Absolutely brilliant company. I have 12 trucks I own and used recovery companies for years. This company are the best by far. Recovered me in an hour. Got the truck back in no time and dropped off. No dramas. No trouble and kept to time schedule stated. 100% top recovery company

I’m very pleased with the service provided by this recovery company. A man called Dan came out promptly and got me recovered back to guildford as I was stranded at Gatwick airport on a job there. He rescued me in the late evening yesterday. I really appreciate it a lot and I fully recommend this company to be used a lot! Top quality customer service and I would not hesitate to use again! After being stranded in Cobham services tonight, I made a phone call to these guys. If I could give them more stars I would. The gent who initially took my call was professional, quick and understanding. He quoted a fair price quickly and to match his speed, Dan the recovery drive was seriously on top of his game. 30 minute arrival time from first call and he was just an amazing man. He was polite, efficient and we even had a laugh whilst he took me to where I needed to go. Dan if your reading this top man and thank you to you and to all at Surrey recovery. Give that man a pay rise 😆 but seriously thank you and 100% if I'm ever stuck again I know who to call
