I visited Lookers that day only to shop around.
I had the pleasure to met Jonah upon my arrival. What a lucky day! He was super attentive to my needs, polite, very patient with all the questions and done it’s absolute best to find a car that would fit my budget. He truly knows the products very well and his patience and attention to details were phenomenal. I cannot recommend Lookers Hersham enough and especially Jonah. As it happened, I had a chat with the General Sales Manager Zaheer Sumar about a car in the showroom and he was exceptionally helpful.
The whole place was very clean with comfortable chairs and complimentary drinks in the customer waiting area.

Excellent service from Luke and the rest of the team. I didnt have to worry about anything when buying a car from them at very short notice after my existing car failed its MOT due to general old age.They arranged everything for me. My new Polo was in excellent condition coupled with the added protection of a warranty.

I wanted to share my experience of Lewis Colebrook, when buying my used Golf. Lewis was a genuine authentic sales executive, looking to help, provide a responsive service to meet my needs. I spotted this Golf on their web site, I phoned Lookers spoke to Lewis, and ask if it was prepared and showroom ready to look at, he said no, but it will be, when would you like to see it, within 30 minutes! Lewis personally washed the car and had it ready before I arrived. From that moment forward he always delivered, and actioned promptly all requests. From viewing to driving my Golf home = 48 hours. I would recommend Lewis 100%

I have used Hersham Lookers for many years because I like VW vehicles but also because I cannot praise Steve Penfold, the Service Manager highly enough. He always gives a five star service, is extremely helpful and very polite and friendly. He always ensures that his customers are dealt with quickly and efficiently and goes out of his way to help us all.

Great customer service ! Staff came across very professional, I spoke first of all to a young chap call Rob in Parts who was very polite then he put me through to a Stephen in Service who explained what needed to be done so precisely. Brought my car in for a waiting appointment as arranged, to my surprise it was done quicker than I thought also it had a free wash. Thanks from A very happy customer

Had service booked in with Stephen, and he is a breath of fresh air! Very nice gent who looks after his customers well. I work in the motor trade, and service advisors tend to be some of the most miserable people known to man, but he breaks the mould!

The whole customer experience was excellent. I booked the car in for it's annual service & MOT and a cam belt change. The car was collected early in the morning to allow sufficient time for the cam belt change (3-5 hours) and returned later the same day. All the work was completed in a timely fashion and passed the MOT with no advisories. The person I spoke to, Azane Jacobs, was very helpful throughout.

It was so easy to book my car in for a service. Steve Penfold was extremely helpful from start to finish. I could sit comfortably in the waiting area whilst working and was offered a coffee. So much better than other services from other dealerships. Reassurance to return on another PCP plan in the future.

MOT and annual service. Convenient and easy to arrange date, scope and payment online. Kept right up to date by video/email/phone. Comprehensive documentation of work carried out. Aesha Oliver also helped with collect and return at the last minute as well as clear advice on this and possible future works. It was very pleasant (as usual) to deal with the Lookers team.

Far from me but great service and they always go the extra mile.
