This is a lovely clean store with really nice friendly staff. You will always find someone willing to help you. The store has its own private car park with disabled parking close to the doors. You can place a order with deliveroo and have your items delivered in less then 30 minutes of ordering at a low fee. There are public toilets available at this shopping centre. Local Pharmacy, dry cleaning, Costa Coffee, charity shops or a lovely walk Dow the river mole. You can also get free cash withdraw inside the store.

We had party food for a 90th it was fantastic. The food was fresh and nicely presented . I highly recommend Waitrose .very Very happy definitely wil be using Waitrose again 😊l .

A great shopping experience, usual high quality Waitrose store with a great range of goods. Good size carpark, that was a little busy. The staff were really friendly and helpful. What is there not to like!

I always enjoy my visit to this Waitrose, but yesterday was exceptionally good. Every single staff member I spoke to was so friendly and helpful:
the young woman on the fresh fish counter; the young woman who climbed up to get me bread; the young woman who discounted a pack of tomatoes for me and finally the experienced woman who discussed the Waitrose green linen shopper bags with me - such a positive, informative reply. I had asked the same question at Waitrose Richmond customer services last week and had received a negative, almost derisory response. The response there had made me feel rather stupid and unreasonable.
Well done Hersham! And when I paid my bill a lovely young woman helped me scan my daffodils. All with a smile. Thank you.

Good parking spacious supermarket quick service. Fruit and Veg section felt a little sparse, maybe it was just more spread out.

Usually the parking lot gets quite busy, however the supermarket itself is well organised and equipped and almost every waitrose.
