Wonderful campsite!
A quiet, clean, basic facilities campsite with nature, sandy beach, sea swimming, surfing, sand dunes, coastal walking, sea and sky all within 5 minutes walk.
Delightful.
Not for those who want to be noisy or like parties or late nights!

Absolutely bliss weekend, just what the doctor ordered!
It’s the best kept secret in Pembrokeshire! We found it because we parked in the national trust car park at Broadhaven south bay & somebody jumped out of the bush from the campsite in a wetsuit 🤣
It’s fairly basic but has everything you need really! Toilets which are nice and clean and very well kept by a lady whose name I didn’t get but she does an excellent job, it even had toilet roll (but would recommend to take your own soap), cold showers & cold water which is all drinking water 👌 the location is something else, it’s literally 2 mins walk from the beach and some amazing coastal walks. The sea view was out of this world and something special to wake up to each morning. We were very fortunate to see the northern lights on our visit 10/05-12/05/2024. The only downside to this place when we visited was that the grass was a bit too long and with the morning/evening dew, our shoes & socks got soaked through but other than that, 1000% recommend. The owners are very lovely & helpful. 🙏

What a find, owners very helpful and welcoming, we was passing through and originally was only looking at booking 1 night but we ended up stayed on 2 nights. This camp site is basic no hot water but does have showers and toilets and waste and water access, for us it couldn't have been anymore perfect. It's right on the coastal path which we was walking, with private coves and beaches, which we swam in both mornings we sat in the evening watching the sunset, we was also graced by seals well out swimming. It's a hot spot for fishing and paddle boarding, but was quiet with only campers on these coves. Was absolute bliss for us. What a stunning part of the world to live. We will definitely be back for longer. 🫶

My husband and I stayed here for two nights with our dog in September and we loved it. Lawrence and Marcia were super helpful and really kind. It is quiet and in the most fabulous location …rise early and go for a swim on the most beautiful broad haven beach just a five minute walk.
The walks from here are fabulous and the local bus does a drop off and pick up service driven by the super friendly Gordon .
We are used to wild camping so the lack of hot water didn’t bother us. We loved how quiet it was, truly relaxing, no loud talking into the night, no music playing and ruining the beauty of natures sounds all around you.
If you like to be up all night, if you enjoy your fires til very late then no this isn’t for you…. But if you love nature and respect that others want to enjoy peace and quiet then this is perfect if you enjoy wild camping and can’t find anywhere local then this is the campsite for you.
Sit outside, read a good book with a nice drink watch the sun go down… perfect!

We loved the place. Location is great. Owners are very nice people. Vigilant in a positive way to keep an order in the campsite which we liked very much. They were always smiling and very friendly. Having been to some rowdy, noisy campgrounds before we liked the campfire curfews and had very good sleeps at night. It seems like right kind of people are attracted to this site as people we came across at this campsite were very respectful to others. There are two toilets per gender and they are very clean. Broadhaven beach nearby is wonderful. Very good campsite but certainly not suitable for big groups who would like to socialise late into night. Probably not a very suitable place of night owls in general. For us though it was wonderful.

There are enough reviews on here for you to know exactly what to expect. If it's not your cup of tea then there are plenty of other sites not far away and I get the feeling that the owners won't lose any sleep over it.
For me it's a little piece of heaven that deserves not to be spoilt by noisy groups and considering how popular it is there are lots of holidaymakers who feel the same.

Alastair’s negative review says more about him than the campsite. Do you want a quiet site, with no risk from from fires in adjacent hay fields? Lovely spot, highly recommended.

Lovely quiet site in fantastic location.
Owners friendly and keep an eye on site regards noise etc which was welcome by us.
Facilities basic as advertised, couple.of toilets and cold ahower but plenty of water points and has elsen waste.
Some electric hook up but more choice of where to stay in lush grassy field if not using and some lovely views from site.
Walks straight onto coastal.path, beach and local Lily pond walks which was great for us.
Didnt try local pub this time but did do local cafe, £9 for two slices of cheese on toast very steep, with little to choose from menu which is a shame. Home made cakes were ok.
Food van on NTS beach car park subject weather and how many people are around.
Best to arrive with provisions.
Value for money but note electeic hook up is most expensive we have had but expect rising on all sites at moment.

I've never had such a relaxing holiday for ages. Loved the location which was perfect for coastal walks and the beach was next door so went for early morning swims.

Fantastic campsite and absolutely charming owners. Good value for money - the exclusively cold showers were welcome on a very warm day!

It doesn't get much better than this. I could live here.
The owners are so lovely friendly and helpful
And they love dogs so that gets 5 stars for me
Location is beautiful
The fees are good even for the basic facilities.
There are campfires near me with no facilities and no lovely beach and they want £25 a night and then charge per person.
I go twice a year for a week just me my dog and a tent.
Boil a kettle and have all over washes.
It's a site of nature so the birds nesting in the toilets are wonderful to see. Each time I've gone they have had babies and it's fab to see the parents feeding them so close.
You come here to get away unwind and be part of nature. Peace and tranquillity..I love it.
And Pembroke town is a 15 min drive for groceries.
If you can't hack the hill to the beach then West Angle Bay is 20 min drive free car parking a superb cafe and lovely beach.
All dog friendly.
I couldn’t ask for more.

Simplicity at its best. Lovely part of the British isles. If you like the comforts such as a warm shower then this isn’t the place for you, did not bother me it was refreshing over a scorching hot weekend. Very friendly and welcoming campsite owners too which was great. Some lovely beaches and scenery and a very nice little pub 20 minutes walk away. Will definitely go back

Beautiful camp site, the owners are very nice & helpful, the farmer/owner even went out of his way to locate my old friend's grave in Bosherston for me.

Very close to lovely beaches & walks, amazing views & fishing spots.

There are a few negative reviews on here about the site....
Personally, I am glad the owner tells people to be quiet after curfew, because I don't like noisy & inconsiderate campers....

I stayed on numerous occasions last year from May to October and absolutely loved it. Basic but brilliant. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Dog friendly too !
As for the curfew if you want to rave then go to Ibiza.
I'll be back this month... Loves It I Do.

Beautiful location, amazing views. 5 mins walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Pembrokeshire, lovely walk to Bosherton Lily Ponds. The site is very clean, amenities are basic. You choose your pitch, loads of space, never overcrowded. Amazing place to spend a quiet, restful holiday if you love beautiful scenery, stunning beach and walks.

I recently spent two nights at this fantastic campsite with my daughter.
It is situated in an excellent location in the heart of the Pembrokeshire national park. The facilities were basic but clean and the owners (and their dogs) were very welcoming and helpful - they even booked us a table at the local pub!
Nearby are some of the best beaches you're likely to find in this country and miles of fantastic coastal walks and countryside.
Very peaceful and secluded - avoid if you wish to tear it up till 3am!

Beautiful Natural Camping.
Just got back from a 3 night stay and we didn't want to leave .
The site was clean and spacious and so close to the beach and coastal walks . On arrival the owner (& his lovely collies) met us warmly and we couldn't fault him as he pointed us in the right direction for walks and food ( The Stackpole Inn brilliant) .
As for the curfew I'm pleased because we want a peaceful night and we respect other campers having the same.
Thanks

The facilities are a little basic but offset by the location which is stunning. We found the owners very friendly. The beach is a five minute walk and is magnificent. Couple that with the fact that the site sits next to the world renowned Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and the famous Bosherton Lily ponds meant that my wife and I really enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful old-school campsite - large open field, magnificent views and on a clear night some of the best stargazing in the UK. Stunning setting next to a great beach, unfussy facilities (cold showers are so refreshing), friendly and helpful owners. Not at all crowded even when full and the most dog-friendly site we have ever been to.
Plenty to do: visit Stackpole Court (National Trust), walk round the lily ponds (Bosherston Lakes), spend time on the beach, walk to Stackpole Quay for lunch at the cafe, spend more time on the beach, walk to Bosherston for tea in the pub... Or just revel in the view and enjoy the breeze off the sea.
We stayed four nights in July (in our camper and tent with two teenage boys and two lively dogs), didn't need to drive off site once for anything. What a place!

Down to earth but brilliant site. Plenty of space between vans and not regimented. Stunning location 5 minutes to Broad Haven beach and a longer but worthwhile walk to best beach in Wales Barafundel Bay either along the coast or around Bosherton lily ponds. Will definitely visit again.
